McCormick Golden Dipt Cajun Seafood Fry Mix, 10 oz

We have always loved this fry mix, it's the perfect blend of taste and heat. Yet one by one, stores stopped carrying it. My only guess is that it's at times a bit "too hot" for a lot of palates? Anyway, we love it and will continue to buy it for as long as it is available. It works wonders on oysters, fish, and shrimp. Probably other things, but this is what we use it for. One thing that never gets mentioned is... no matter how hot your oil, even if you lose track of time, this stuff never burns. It just gets more and more golden.

This product is great for seasoning chicken and fish

I don't know why our grocery store quit carrying it, but glad I found it here. This is our go to for catfish. So delicious. I don't want to waste my money trying other mixes that most likely won't be as good. I've made too many of those mistakes with other foods. Seriously, this makes delicious catfish. Crispy, juicy, spicy, flavorful, while still able to taste the catfish. And now I'm salivating for catfish. Lol.

Gives fish a little kick

Never used this before... So glad I tried it... If you like spicy cajun...this is great I used it on shrimp, surimi, French fries, onion slices...and it just disappeared...

Love this particular brand of seafood fry mix, because it adds great flavor to my catfish when frying. It is mixed with just the right amount a perfect blend of Cajun-styled seasonings!

This is my "go-to" seasoning for cod. Can't find it in the stores anymore, but still available on-line. It has a nice perfect spicy to the fish, not too overwhelming, just the right amount of heat. I always keep this on hand in my cupboard.
