I J Fitness Manual Treadmill

This is nice. Now I want a upgrade like they have at gyms.

This is the biggest waste of money EVER! It didn't work and parts are cheap.

The product is as described and pretty solid. The manual wasn't 100% helpful, but looking at the hardware and the diagram it wasn't too hard to figure out. The build of the product is sturdy; I am a 5'6", 190 lbs female and find no problem getting in a good stride and do not feel as thought the machine will break. I will note however that I have yet to figure out how to adjust the resistance (if there is a way); the belt seems loose and once it gets going there really is no resistance for a good walk/jog. Also, there is no adjustment for the incline of the platform. I would prefer if the machine would drop down or had been constructed an inch or so lower for a flatter plane, for me the natural angle of the platform/belt is in "uphill" mode. Those are my only notes so far; fast/loose track and too inclined for my comfort.

I have been using this treadmill Daily for more than a month now and it still works great! The LCD monitor broke during the first week of use but that really isn't important anyway. I would definitely recommend this product, especially if you don't have a lot of space for a treadmill.

OK. I'm 70, female, and I knew what I was ordering. But don't buy this product. I AM keeping mine because I finally got it put together, it was cheap, and I've figured out how to use it, albeit awkwardly. Yes, it's manual...that is, no motor, you walk it to operate. But it was so cheaply constructed that I ended up using some of my own hardware and tools to get it together. It doesn't adjust down to a flat bed, which it really needs to do since walking it at even a slight incline is awkward as hell. If you are old, like me, do NOT buy this! I'm in pretty good shape, but even I can see how it might cause falls. Also, it was apparent that someone had returned mine and when I finally finished with the installation, I found that oil had been spilled all over the treads in one place. So...I'm keeping it...but only because it's done, I can walk on it, and it was cheap. Don't buy!!
