Careful with 2021 L5P read before buying
Installed in my 2021 L5P and it has not been a good start. I checked and everything is tight, but the truck has thrown a few codes and I had to disable the sensor for the filter life. I’m honestly considering going back to a factory filter, but these are great. GM is the problem.If you have a 2021 L5P and you have issues after installing one of these “I told ya so”. It seems ok now, but I reset all modules in the ECU. Not everyone can do that.

Best intake filter
Have used K&N air intake filter for almost 20 year. Fit 2025 Chev perfect. Highly recommend product

NOT Good for the new Duramax
This will probably trip an error message on your Driver Information Center that has to be cleared at the dealer. DO NOT USE! Sent emails to K & N and got no response. Poor customer service!

Read before buy
I have a 2024 gmc sierra 3500 and I like to say that I got it and didn’t read the reviews but once I got it before installing it I did check and they had plenty of good advices , first disable the life filter sensor super easy you can do it don’t need to go tot he dealer and then install I do hotshot for a living and my mpgs went up by 2.5 and in some cases that I have a light load even more very pleased with it .

DO NOT order for L5P Duramax Diesels!!!!
Product DOES NOT work with L5P Duramax 6.6 Diesel Engine!!!! Causes Air Filter and ECM codes that require DEALER to clear. I should have paid closer attention to reviews and stuck with paper filters. I’ve used K&N filters on all my vehicles for decades and never had this issue before. Definitely disappointed.
