Decent Solution BBS010 Rain Barrel 3/4" No Kink Spigot/Faucet with Brass Bulkhead Fitting

This product is fantastic and works as advertised. The reverse threads on the bulkhead fitting allow apposing force when threading on and tightening the spigot preventing the bulkhead fitting from loosening. The role of Teflon tape is probably enough to install 20 or more spigots, it's not a little strip of tape like some manufactures would supply. It installed very easy. I purchased 3 of them and made rain collection barrels from 55-gallon HDPE Olive barrels. Filled 1 barrel to the top for max pressure, no leaks.

I've got it on my rain barrel and am very happy with it. I just wanted to say there is a reason they put a string in the kit. Look up videos on ewwwwtube and you'll see it's pretty simple work to install this unit with only the hole for the valve and the bung. Highly recommended for turning plastic barrels into rainwater receptacles.

Super easy to install, doesn't leak, valve is very easily turned (90° open/close is nice!). Collar doesn't stick out to far. Heavy, quality product that will last many years and I could easily transfer to a new rain barrel. Definitely recommended.

I bought two of these. One for an open-top rain barrel, and one for a sealed-top barrel. Installation was even easier than the video, and they work perfectly. No leaks. Love it!

This is one of the best thought-out and well designed devices I've bought in a LONG time! This was exactly what I needed. It installed very easily, especially if you take the time to watch the installation video first, which is part of the listing information on Amazon. It doesn't leak, and it is very sturdy. (Do yourself a favor and buy a good step bit to drill the hole in your barrel. It is quick, and infinitely easier to use than a hole saw or huge conventional drill bit.) I installed two of these along the bottom side of a 55 gallon drum that will be used as a water tank for our poultry coop. One will be the intake and the other the outflow, with a pump attached, so that we can circulate warm water though the system in the winter to prevent freeze-ups. If ever needed again, I would not hesitate to order this again. It is a great system.
