How long did you use the product before noticing a difference in energy and/or pain?

This is an important supplement to take in the summer because we sweat and lose our electrolytes. I don't have pain, but if I'm dehydrated and tired, putting a scoop of this in a glass of water helps immensely. Pure Encapsulations is a very good brand too. I've used this product on and off, as needed, for years.

How many tablespoons are in a scoop? I didn't receive a scoop.

Its about 1.5 teaspoons in each scoop. Try shaking the bottle around. The scoop can settle towards the bottom during shipping.

I see capsules not powder? Direction say 1 scoop? Which is it a pill form or powder?

Do you have any tricks for getting this powder to dissolve in water? Mine stays clumpy.

If you use room temperature water it seems to work. Also I mixed it 30 minutes prior so it had time to dissolve.
