They clearly don’t want you to know this product is not natural as advertised. It contains Magnesium Stearate, silica, talc, etc. I checked and screenshot the whole ad. I couldn’t find anything that said there were fillers and additives in. When it arrived the label says this product has all of those chemicals in it. Reported to Amazon and trading standards for misleading advertising. This is very dangerous and I am returning product!

Been taking for over 3 months now and has made no difference, just had full blown cold sore outbreak so very disappointed. I would like to now update this review, the company read my review a couple of months after I wrote it and as they have a full satisfaction policy they contacted me to offer me a full refund which I accepted and it was processed the same day! Now that is 5 star customer service

I have chronic cold sores appearing regularly and have tried every remedy you can think of; I’ve even been medicated long term for them. However, my previous medication was posing a risk of renal damage and so I was taken off them, following this my cold sores began recurring more frequently again. I came upon this tablet and figured it was worth a go, I’ve taken one daily for the last few months and found the frequency of sores reduced. I’ve also used the 3 x day treatment recommendation as soon as I’ve found one coming up and my experience was that the severity with which the sores came up was reduced and they began healing within a day or two. It’s obviously doing something right as this is my second time ordering a three month supply.

I had cold sites that I could shift used the familiar well know creams. 3 days after starting Virago tablets they subsided and by the 5 day they were gone.

I was impressed by the main ingredients and the excellent reviews so decided to purchase. When it arrived, I saw the full ingredient list; it contains too many toxic additives and fillers. I was especially shocked that it contained talc and silica. Not worth the benefit to get those in my body. I purchased a brand with only 3 ingredients instead.

Haven’t had any cold sores since I started taking a tablet of Virago daily. I’ve also been really stressed out lately and I was expecting cold sore to appear… but no! Great product, it definitely boosted my immune system!

Have waited a while before writing this review as needed time to see if they actually worked or not. Although I haven't been as consistent in taking these tablets as I ought I certainly do think they have either completely prevented a cold sore or when I felt "the tingle" have minimised it's occurrence. Even when I was a little run down when I had Covid I never suffered a cold sore. I'm prone to cold sores inside my nose which makes applying cream harder so these tablets have prevented those. Shall definitely continue with them and try to take them more regularly
