Injinji Trail Midweight Mini-Crew Xtralife Socks

I absolutely LOVE Injinji! And this medweight mini crew has been perfect for trail running. The extra cushion has made an amazing difference from the lightweight Injinji's I had been running trails in. My feet stay blister free and I'm not getting the calluses I had been. The mid-crew heigh is great because I have a tendency to knock my ankles with my shoes and these keep me from scratching myself with the agressive tread on my Saucony Xodus. The only thing I will say and give a headsup on is I purchased the dark mint and the color of the socks I received is more of an actual dark mint (greenish) color as opposed to the bright turquoise pictured, but they still match my trail shoes perfect.**UPDATE 9/4/16I still love the way these socks perform on my trail runs. They've done amazing on mountain run/hikes as well. However, having only been using these since May, I was very disappointed when I discovered in the beginning of August there was a hole at the top of one of the big toes. This is my 2nd pair of Injinji's to tear there this year, the other pair was at least 1 year old. I've sewn them up and continue to use them, and I will most likely continue to purchase them because they seem to be the only toe sock I can find that has extra cushion at the bottom, but for the price I would expect them to last longer.

These are my new favorite running socks. I have a lot of problems with socks getting sucked down into the heel of my shoe when I run because my heels are extremely narrow. That doesn't happen with Injinji socks, and I love that they are coming out with fun colors and thicker fabric.

I am always happy to get another new pair of injinji toe socks. I only wear their toe socks for all my exercise & fitness needs. I have bony, angular feet, with toes that liked to blister at 1st sweat. I have NOT had even one blister since switching 2-3years ago, not even when running through muddy mountain trails or rivers. I gave this particular new pair 4/5☆ as the cuffs felt a bit loose when normally they are more snug to keep out debris on the trail. Even then, they're more comfortable than any other socks I've tried.

I used these to backpack in the Enchantments and my feet got frozen. They like gloves the toes can't warm eachother as normal socks do.I also found them uncomfortable after a day trekking. felt tight although they seem to fit when i put them on

I have mortons neuroma. These socks help keep my toes separated and reduce pain, every bit helps. They are super comfortable, no seems bumps, etc. I'm a women's 8 and the small is perfect. Need more than 4 pair, sad when they're dirty all at once.

Disappointed in color - not as pictured - seaweed green and blue rather than bright aqua blue and white. If the color doesn't matter, the socks are great, as usual with Injinji.

Have a hole in the big toe after just one 20-mile run. Have worn other Ininjis in the past and never had a problem, but nonetheless I am really disappointed. They will definitely be going back. But otherwise, these are great socks, especially for those who are blister prone.

Feel a bit alien when you first put them on, but very soon, you feel you're not wearing anything. Excellent blister protection. This particular model, I would use up to 1/2 marathon distance. The Nuwool product I recently used on an Ultra and was very pleased.

Very impressed. Blister free since using even on longer runs. Feel a bit strange when you put them on but you do not know you are wearing them once running. Best running sock I have ever worn.
