A great compact water flosser
This is a great water flosser. It is compact and light-weight. It is more powerful than other larger water flossers and does a great job dislodging food caught between the teeth. It is perfect for travel. The only negative is its small water capacity. This is not significant. I just fill it twice - big deal!

Powerful and compact! Travel in comfort.
This is a terrific travel flosser....performs as well as the waterpik counter flosser making travel very comfortable. Its compact size makes its performance even more amazing. This is my second attempt at finding the right travel flosser and I highly recommend it.

Convenient for travel
Convenient size for travel. Does ok, but not as good a job as my much larger "portable" WaterPik.

Good product, AND company followed through when there was an issue.
I had one that lasted over two years before I lost it while traveling. My partner got one and loves it too, and I’ve recommended to family n friends. The replacement one I purchased must have had a dud battery because after less than 6 months it stopped working- would flash red green blue- no matter how long I charged it for and only worked sporadically. Though it took a bit of work, since you can’t contact the company directly and amazon customer service help isn’t much after the return window closes, I left a review and posted a question to the company under the product. They reached out via email, and sent me a replacement one! I was PLEASANTLY surprised. I recommend over other hand held water pics - I’ve tried several. And the convenience of it not taking up half the counter, and being able to be super compact for travel is great! It means no matter where I am, I know I can easily ensure I’m keeping up my oral health without sacrificing on product power or quality. The three settings are great, gentle, pulse, and strong. It holds a charge for a long time, and charges quickly. The multiple tips it comes with are nice, I find the normal tip, and the silicon super fine tip are the ones I normally use. I’ve noticed a huge difference not just in gum health, but gut health, and I sleep better since I use it before I brush my teeth before turning in. I have receding gums, so was wary for a long time about a water pic of any kind, I can honestly say I wish I had of found this sooner. Highly recommend! Make sure to run all the water out of the line, and open it up by pulling the top and bottom apart to let it dry out completely between uses to keep it clean.

It’s NOT keeper for me.
Five stars because this works as advertised and it’s a keeper for me. I have two name brand water flossers (you can guess the name), one a regular size I use often at home and a smaller one for travel. But, the smaller one isn’t really small enough for a carry-on and takes up room. Compressed in its carry case, it is actually pocket sized. I’ve tried other small water flossers; they didn’t work well and left me frustrated. I found this one via a travel news piece. Also great, it uses a USB-C charging cable, so if I forget the cable it came with I don’t need to worry I can use my phone charger cable. (No, not wireless charging - I know somebody is going to ask.) The cons: It works just as good as my name brand one, if a little messier. So make sure you’re directly over your sink or you have a mess to clean up. Yup, I made a mess on the first use. It generally works at any angle except upside down. I had to fill it three times for a thorough use, a minor inconvenience. It is after all, small and portable. Also, it uses its own wand/jet tip so you can’t use an attachment from the name brand company. Something worth knowing in case you need replacement tips. The instructions say to replace every 90 days. It will take a lot of travel for me to come up with 90 days of use, so a minor inconvenience to order this brand’s jet tips. UPDATE: I don’t normally write reviews because most comments cover my thoughts. Shame on me for thinking this was a great product. On my second weekend trip using it, the power failed within seconds. I charged it according to the manufacturer’s recommendation and it failed again within seconds. I charged it again and it failed again. It seems the battery would not hold a charge. I contacted the seller on their page twice and there was no response. Therefore a one star rating for both a failed product and zero customer support from the seller. I returned it to Amazon for a refund and wrote this follow up review to let people know to choose a different brand.

Easy to use, strong water stream, very compact.
This turned out to be a great waterpik. I’ve tried several, and the only home version that seems to work well is the Phillips. When I took this portable on my first trip, I can say it was easy to use, plenty of power, and very convenient. It cleans easily. It took a minute to sort out how it works, since it “expands” to full size to hold water. If you are a fan of a waterpik, I would recommend this for travel. (So far no problems with TSA).

Dead within 18 months
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I just threw out this compact water flosser as it suddenly stopped working and would no longer charge. It worked fine for a year and a half and then dead as a doorknob. It’s great to travel with, It ‘s effective and easy to use though (obviously) the small water tank requires filling every use. It also needs regular cleaning to prevent mold and mildew formation. The integrity of the power supply, whether it be from a weak usb connector port, a battery issue of some sort or a bad on/off switch, these are the most common and most annoying of deficits that force us to dispose of items rather then repair them. I hate it. The technology is great but the build is crappy and so nothing lasts as long as it should. Pity.

Great value and quality
Thus worked so much better than I expected. Got a lot of uses from a single charge. It is compact and easy to travel with. Loved that it had a holder for one of the nozzles. The other attachments came in a plastic case.

I've had this almost 2 years now. I got it for a trip, and it was great-- but in order to stop the battery degrading from lack of use (after coming back from my trip) I decided to use this more often. Well now I actually prefer this to my portable/battery powered Waterpik. The pressure was the same-- when this is fully charged the pressure was almost higher than the battery Waterpik. I also bought a different brand of the same item for my mother to try. That one was an ENPULY, but that one was worse than the Synhope-- it was fine but the motor was not as powerful. I was super surprised at how good this is for the price. It is awesome for travel, just super handy. I'm not sure about people having battery issues, or low pressure. Maybe they got a dud? Or maybe the quality isn't very consistent? For me the battery lasts a week, even after 2 years. As it runs out of battery the pressure does suffer though and it needs to be recharged. I was worried about water getting in it the recharge port seal (which is in the front) but so far so good. Sometimes the tank needs to be refilled because it is very small, though. I can usually do a full clean with one tank of water. Onto the cons. One of the cons is that the plastic is cracking after two years of being refilled with warm water and cooled down. Other cons is that it's hard to close if the tank is cold and you need to warm it up before closing the unit, that's kind of annoying if you are on the go but is a minor gripe, really. It can also be hard to pull open if you have slippery hands. Again, as it cools down, the tank tends to constrict around the unit making it tough to pull apart. A grip on the outside of the tank would have been nice, or a gap so you can pull it down easier, as it is, it sits flush and smooth when in portable mode, which is great but again it can be annoying to pull apart in a hurry. Oh and it has 3 settings but two are kinda usesless in my opinion, I use the most 'powerful' one and seldom change, I don't really get the point of the pulse setting, but that may be useful to somebody. Over all, I was really skeptical of this, especially given the price (the 'name' brand one I bought cost like $20 more) but this is just as good, and I am pleasantly surprised. Even if it dies tomorrow I have gotten more than my moneys worth after two years and am really happy with it.
