This is fantastic. Swear by it. Will clear your cystitis in hours (over counter stuff takes days) remember to drink plenty of water 20 minutes after taking.

Fantastic FAST relief for any urinary discomfort, including burn from acidic foods. So much better than cranberries. Use two heaping scoops of the tiny spoon that comes with it. I just pile the powder on a normal spoon and swallow it. Tastes like sugar. This product is so much better than capsules which include fillers, plus a delayed effect while your body breaks thru the capsule. Great for men and women. Where has this been all my life?? Once you try it you'll never go back. I keep it on hand in an air tight container and use as needed. Fantastic.

Only taken this for 4 weeks but seems to be keeping my infection at bay as I have been on antibiotics every couple weeks for the last 10 months with all tests giving no answers to why I keep having them. It hasn't cleared completely but is definitely helping. will continue taking it together with cranberry tablets, vitamin C and probiotics and hopefully will be able to get back to normal and keep off the antibiotics.

I've been using this on and off since purchasing it. If I feel those early symptoms of a potential urinary tract infection I take this twice a day for at least 5 days. I've had persistent blood in urine and urinary tract infections resulting in an appointment with Urology and the camera in bladder (can't spell cystacophy lol). Luckily nothing found but I mentioned this product to the Urologist and he advised it was a good product and was amazed I knew about it! However he did say not good for diabetics? Maybe our NHS need to advise us Women to consider looking at this!

I've had a few UTI's over the last year and had antibiotics for them. Which I don't like taking because they play hell with my gut. This one started niggling on Thursday night so early Friday I phoned 111. They were very helpful last time. They said they would put me on the list for my Dr to ring me. Our receptionist at work told me about D-mannose. Gave them my works number too. Didn't contact me till almost 6 pm that evening when I was home and I was getting a little bit desparate by then. He couldn't give me any medication until I had a urine test even though I knew my symptoms and they were closed now so they couldn't do a test. I would have to wait till Monday. So not much help there. I ordered the D-mannose on Friday night and it came Saturday and took the lower dose. Felt relief within the hour of taking it but Sunday felt worse again and took the higher dose. Started to feel better went back to work on Monday feeling much better but still achy inside. Not much pain when I go for a wee now. Couldn't make it into work this morning, had to turn back half way felt awful. Phoned the Dr's and they said my test was negative which I suppose the powder is working but I still feel achy around that area. I know I've only been taking it for a day and a half and I feel slightly better. Can you tell me how long I have to keep taking it for? Is it until the symptoms go away? Or for one week or two? I think my UTI's are stress related and hopefully they will go when I retire next year. Thanks for your helpful comments as well.

I have had recurring UTIs and several antibiotic treatments which never cleared it up completely. Following instructions from elsewhere, d-mannose works if you take a teaspoon in a small amount of water, wait at least 45 mins, then drink lots of water to go to the loo, and repeat as needed throughout the day. You need to keep this up for a week to clear an infection. As a maintenance dose I take a teaspoon before going to bed everyday, and if I have sex, I take some just beforehand, and in the morning, which stops a UTI. I still get a few twinges, but I have nearly got on top of it. Only snag is that it is an expensive way to do it, but worth it!

Das Produkt kam schnell und ohne zusätzliche unnötige Verpackung. Habe nach der Nierentransplantation eine Blasenentzündung bekommen, die ich 8 Monate lang mit Antibiotika behandelt habe ohne Erfolg. Habe von der Mannose gelesen und wollte sie ausprobieren, die habe ich dann in Verbindung mit Antibiotika genommen. Eine schnelle Genesung habe ich nicht erwartet, obwohl es in vielen Berichten steht, so war es auch. Man braucht schon Geduld. Das einzig negative: Habe leider sehr viele Pickel im Gesicht bekommen. Nach 6 Wochen habe ich die Mannose erst abgesetzt und mache weiter mit Cystinol, als zusätzliche Prophylaxe. In diesen 6 Wochen hatte ich am Anfang einen kurzen Rückfall erlitten. Momentan ist alles ok. Keine Beschwerden. Ich kann auf jedem Fall meine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.
