Family has purchased multiple Micro Ingredients products, have been pleased with all of them, this newly purchased B2 included. It's not a tiny pill, but it's thin, not dense, which makes it easy to swallow. No strong odor, taste, or aftertaste. Yellow urine is a thing, body is just getting rid of excess, normal according to my doctor, no female irritation because of. Taking B2 for a few reasons, can definitely say they work, ease severe migraines. Personally, I also like the two pill dosage, cause some days I only need 200mg.

I took one last night, this morning I definitely feel like I have more energy. I don’t think I’ll take 2 tablets at a time like it advises. One is enough for me, at least right now.

My neural specialist prescribed to me for (helps with migraines and headaches) insurance didnt cover so i had to come here , n i found this. I figured mini pill like size as a birth control pill right. Wrong. Its got size to it BUT it was easy to swallow(if u ever had easy swallow pills with the coating this would be it). I have swallow issues so i had to opt for anything that gv me mini options. It was easy to take didn't have to chase down with a jug of water like most pills would have us doing. This will last me a good 6 months. Package is unique in a durable ziploc instead of pill bottle. Convenient i can just dig my hand in there i guess. Lol.

Guess I didn't read the fine print which was that I needed two per day to get the 400 mg.

This is a great version of a supplement that if it works for your migraines - well, you Rely on it!I see where other reviewers are upset that the tablets themselves are not 400mg each - but looking at the studies and recommendations most often two 200mg doses are what is advised. Also many patients needed between 2 and 4 months to reach full effects in reducing number of migraines and symptoms, so please give yourself the full 4 months to see results. This form is tasteless and easy to swallow and I even like the packaging. My previous brand has been having "oxidation" issues and will not have a new lot until July - so I will update if this new brand does not keep my headaches away as well as the previous one.
