Runs great! Just follow the instructions and you're up and running in no time. Just remember IT DOES NOT WORK WITH PS1 GAMES. PERIOD. It's in the description. Also tested with OPL and Popsloader. PS1 games don't work at all. OPL allows you to use GSM to force resolutions and everything looks great so far. If your game runs way too fast, just lower the resolution back to normal on GSM. Very easy to use. For the price point it's great if you're only playing PS2 games.

Pretty simple to use and pretty effective, the image quality improved greatly.

I initially tried an a cable converter and it was horribly blurry. I switched to this and the picture is significantly better.Understand that it's still blowing up your ps2 era graphics to you flat-screen.It's not going to look amazing, it doesn't do that.If your ps2 is set to rgb it won't display through this adapter also. The instructions give clear directions to change your ps2 video mode even without seeing the screen. I didn't need it but I'm impressed with the care they took.I also assume you need fmcb out of the ps2 for that to work.The usb also works plugged into the ps2 front, but may not work with an additional usb plugged in.Great product for a great price

I bought this because I found a working ps2 that is refurbished when my old one just broke but now a days hdmi cables are use now so I got an a adapter for it this is the only that I found ok I hate the idea of a mini usb cable that no one use anymore would be better if it’s usb c cable instead. The adapter works but too things I don’t like is the adapter can get a bit loose if moving the ps2 and the cable is pointed down when it should be up so when you want to stand it up the ps2 it can’t the mini usb cable prevents that it is more of the position where the cable is place on the adapter. This adapter is if you want the ps2 laying down but for standing up you need a stand to place it that is thick as a inch or more but every thing else it works great on the ps2 the fat model. Would recommend it but time will tell how long it will last.

genuinely i wasn’t expecting much based on the price. i have an adapter for my gamecube also which was disappointing. BUT THIS?? looks so fresh. didn’t have to change the aspect ratio or anything. Sony just does it different, but this adapter added to that. def buy it!!

Does not work on my phat model tried multiple different cords and tested multiple tvs monitors everything i could think of and at the end of the day wasn't able to get it to even present the start up screen buyer beware terrible product and not worth the money much better options out there save your money for something worth it

Easy to use and picture is sharp clear. Unfortunately, this product is very cheap. After having it for about 4 months the external power supply snapped off along with one of the pins on the motherboard (shown in picture). This was after just basic use but could have been by the plastic casing always snapping open.

Works great on my ps2 slim but not with my ps2 phat on 5 TVs. Two 4k, two hdmi led, and one lcd tv. On all 5 TVs it works great on with the ps2 slim. Great picture and sound on one 4k it was a little dark. Other than that it is very nice.
