Couldn't find these in my local health shops, so I tried online with Amazon and was not disappointed as they have great flavour and offer good value for money.

good quality but subscription price changes
I have bought many of these - taste is good. But they come in different sizes. I set up subscribe and save to get future discounts but now the base pric has gone up so not worth the subscription. You need to look out for this if subscribing for regular orders

add a couple of tablespoons of Rye Flakes to my Breadmaker which has in it 1/3 Rye flour and 2/3 Strong white flour makes a delicious bread
