Q: Can I stack more than 2 shelves on top of each other? What is the weight limit?

Not sure if I would stack them on top of each other. I am using them only to put 4-6 soup bowls over plates. Or to separate casserole dishes.

Q: What is the width of the shelf? Image of dimensions says 12.7 inches but description says 11.7 inches.

The shelf measures 12" however, the space below shelf only accommodates 10" clearance due to the metal stand on each end. My 10" dinner plates can only be stored on bottom if I angle them in. It's not a good fit for them IMO I store the smaller plates and bowls on bottom, and use the shelf to store my plates and larger items. Hope this helps.

Q: How much weight can one hold ?

I have a bunch of bottles of liquids (shampoo, hairproducts, toiletries, etc) on mine and they seem to hold well. I wouldn't put anything very heavy but not sure of weight factor.

Q: Will it fit in a camper cabinet ?

It depends on the dimensions of the cabinet. I am using them in "cube" units. The dimensions of my openings/shelves are 13" x 13" x 13". They fit fine and keep things from being stacked on top of each other. Until are sturdy and well built.
