How do you open this so it sprays?

You pull the top golden part up, with a little strength, that top piece comes right off.

Does this perform last long ?

It depends on if you like to continue smelling the parfum on you all day long, or if you prefer a subtle smell. After I spray on my parfum, I can smell it on me until it settles down. After that, I occasionally will catch a whiff of the fragrance. I have had a number of compliments from women telling me it has a subtle and pleasant smell. No one wants to smell a person who wears too much parfum. Especially if you have to sit beside them all day.

Is this Eau de Parfum returnable? If yes, are returns free?

But I have other ones and yes it do last on you but not all day but still a good price
