Men's Max Cushioning Elite Lucid-Premium Leather Walking & Running Shoe Sneaker

Purchased 5 pairs over past 2yrs & the comfort is amazing. These Skechers are our GO-TO SHOES!! Broke ankle in 2021 & was looking for a cushioned shoe w/support without the look of an orthopedic. Husband has fused ankle & chronic foot pain. Excellent for walking stability, foot/heel pain relief, Achilles tendinitis, bone spurs, arches, etc. Our Orthopaedic podiatrist was totally IMPRESSED with this shoe’s design, quality & support. For additional comfort use PowerStep Plus Insoles. They still look brand new, yet we wear them almost daily. (Secret: Machine Wash on gentle cycle with an old white towel & OUT white Brite laundry whitener with regular dtgt ….or just use brush & magic eraser to do a quick clean around outsole in between washes.) Attractive, super comfortable sneakers will win your feet over!!

These Max Cushion sneakers can be purchased in extra wide which is great because Sketches sneakers are generally too narrow compared with other brands. These sneakers are very comfortable and appear to be well made. They really do provide extra cushioning. The partial rubber soles are great as I find synthetic soles to be slippery on wet surfaces. The uppers are both synthetic and leather. I prefer leather which usually last longer and have good support. These uppers meet my needs very well. The price is higher than many other choices on Amazon but you get what you pay for.

These were very comfortable and fit well. My only issues I can’t seem to find them anymore after three years.

I was a longtime buyer of New Balance 928v3 but there was a long period of time they were not available so I thought I would try the Skechers Max Cushioning Elite Lucid. These are a lot more comfortable then the New Balance right out of the box. I have had this pair for 10 months now and are still in good condition and they are my everyday shoes. That said I'm not a runner or do I walk miles a day either but I think they are a quality shoe for the money. I like them so much that I ordered and received two more pair different colors the price is reasonable compared to the new balance 928v3.

I'm a female who discovered, after buying one in store, that this male walking shoes were more comfortable for me than the female version of it. The shoes are as beautiful as advertised, lightweight, with a lot of cushioning. Makes me feel like I'm walking on the clouds! I'd also say very comfortable except that after a few hours of having them on, my toes hurt a little bit, not peculiar to the shoes though as my feet tends to swell in any shoes after having them on for a while. Other than that, it's worth the price!

These shoes are perfect for me. I have Hallux Rigidus with a pronounced bone spur behind my big toe. Honestly, I was concerned when I first put them on that the toe box was too narrow. However, I wore them around the house with thick socks to "work" them in. The premium leather is so soft and supple that it quickly adapted to the bone spur. No pain at all!! Seriously, buy them. I walk all day on a hard floor in an emergency department. These shoes keep me comfortable for 8 hours.

Bought these for my husband because he always says his feet hurt so bad when he comes home from work. (He is on his feet all day and stands on concrete) As soon as he put them on his size 12 W feet he said they were the most comfortable shoes he’d ever put on. He still says the same thing and he’s been wearing them for a couple months. He got a second pair to have when the first pair wears out. (Which we’re thinking they might at some point since he wears them to work every day.)

At first, it's a great shoe. It's a little more expensive that I feel it should be. They don't last long, the sole starts to sink in and holes develop in the crease areas on top. After 6 months of daily use, I feel they should be make better for this price.
