How much weight can these hold per clip?

Will these hold the wall mirrors that have a plastic frame? (The cheap ones from Walmart, etc)

It's not advised. These are to hold frameless mirrors/glass. I removed the frame from my Walmart mirror and placed colorful duct tape around the HORRIBLY sharp and dangerous edges. Then mounted it with these mirror mounts.

Will these clips fit on a .mirror with a 1 inch frame ?

The clips are designed to hold only the mirror glass itself because the lip is only 3/16” wide. Depends on the overall thickness of the frame. Plus, how heavy is the mirror and what material are you attaching into. Example - Sheetrock, solid wood or hollow wood door.

do these work on hollow core doors?

They are not designed for thin wood as in a hollow core door. That being said, how heavy is the item you want to put up? You can use as many as needed to distribute the weight but remember the wood thickness is thin. You could also try a thicker body screw that fits the hole opening in the bracket. That would give it more holding power than a thinner body screw. It’s a judgement call.
