I’ve done 2 fireplace/TV centers with this unit. A 60” and a 72” one. The fireplace unit was easy to install and functioned as expected. I don’t normally use the remote since it’s easy enough to turn on and change the colors on the screen front. I haven’t needed to use the heater since I live in SW Florida, but these are great units for the price. I would certainly purchase again

I am a builder and I have purchased 44 fireplaces over the past year. They looked awesome and our buyers were impressed. The only minor issue we had was that a remote wasn't working properly. We contacted them and they sent us another remote and apologized for any trouble it may have caused. I am very impressed with the units and the staff that we worked with.

Had a small issue out of the sellers control. They corrected it quickly and I’m am super happy. Doing two more fireplaces and will always buy from this vendor again. Great. A+++

The one we have makes noise. I'd say they all make a breathing noise, and I'm not talking about the fan for the heater, I'm talking about the mechanism that produces the flames. The noise is kind of a grinding / rattling sound, and it didn't start right away. Maybe 48 hours of use in. It then went a away for a while, but now it is back. Not a loud as before, but still... Outside of that, for the price, it looks good and was very easy to install. I will note that the two screws you have to remove to get the glass off are a bit hard to access. Unfortunately I built my cabinet around this unit, so if I have to go to a different manufacturers model I have concerns about recess box size... We'll see.UPDATE:The unit we have makes such a loud noise now the it is unusable. The remote also stopped working. The units touch interface still works, but what's the point because the unit is now too loud to use.The customer service appears to be ok at first. Now, I'm just in a perpetual loop of sending video files to weird email address and a persistent request for my information. I'm beginning to wonder if this seller is just out here collecting information to sell or something... Oh, they also made the "motor option" as well. I'm sorry, it's just not ok.Don't expect to be able to return the item either, it doesn't fall under the normal Amazon return policy.So, what I need is a new unit, and no more run around.

Loving this addition! Pretty easy to install. We did have to add another hole into the bracket to assure at least one screw was in a stud, as we did an outside mount.

The fireplace was easy to assemble & use. Looks great at night. This picture doesn’t capture niceness.
