Setup is easy it just works no fighting. After a couple years of using one in the attic I bought two more. There are lots of temp sensors in the house even my speakers have temp and humidity but these log that data and chart hit you can export it just great overall. Accuracy seems close to what the others read in the same areas. I’m not going to mars with them so that half degree or so variance is fine. They seem to reliably connect to my wifi. Govee hasn’t let me down yet. And using third party software you can get these to show up in HomeKit - native matter support would be a nice addition to the firmware - seems to be the only negative lack of matter support - but you can work around that -

We have a church in PA and if the furnace fails no one is there to tell and then you run the risks of frozen pipes. This is very accurate and sends a warning to your phone if it falls outside your preset parameters. It's great to know that all is well when you can't be there. I gave it four stars because it was really hard to set up....in fact I gave up but then it connected and started to work. It performs flawlessly these past 4 months even when the power was out it came back online without having to fuss with it. Govee is known to be difficult to set up and I'm now trying to do a water detection device from them and no luck so far but I'll do some more research.
