I did not purchase this to use as Curtain Wire. I bought it because the sunroof drain tubes in my car were clogged and causing water to come in through the roof. Well, I came across a post on a forum somewhere that suggested using curtain wire due to it's frexibility and the ability to navigate through tight spaces while while being stiff enough to push through. Well, it worked perfectly! just pushed it right through until it came out the bottom of the drainage tubes, and voila, no more clog. Since then I've also discovered more uses, such as for fishing electrical wiring through places where you would never be able to. On my motorcycle, for instance, I recently had to wire a GPS from the battery to the handlebars. Well, I fished this curtain wire through the frame, where there is almost no room because all the stock wiring harness' go through there as well. The curtain wire being thin and sturdy found a path through, then I simply taped the end of the GPS power wire to the curtain wire and pulled it through, and since it has a rubber? coating you don't have to worry about scratching anything. Project got done quickly and cleanly since it follows the stock wiring on the bike. I'm sure I'm going to find many more uses for this. Definitely recommend having this on hand if you are a mechanic, you'll thank me later ;)

This company needs to rebrand this product to ALSO be the perfect sunroof drain clog tool. Quoted $1k+ for the dealer to unclog my car's sunroof drain.....shoving this tool down the sunroof drain hole fixed the issue in 10 minutes and only cost $10.

I love these. The thing I don’t like about them is I cannot get more hooks. I’ve tried ordering some elsewhere on Amazon and they are on the way, but they might not be the right size diameter to go into the wire. Would you please make more hooks available for purchase? If you did I could really promote these for you. Also, an additional option would be a latching hook for my van back doors that have a shaped ceiling. A second size thicker would be a a nice option, too.Someone please help me find spare 4mm thread diameter hooks.

I purchased this product to snake the drains on a clogged BMW sunroof. It is sturdy enough to push depris through the tubes but flexible enough to bend through relatively tight corners. You could probably thread a screw into the end with pieces of cotton to better clean whatever it is you need. An excellent product if snaking tubes is your goal.

These curtain wires are just okay. You do need wire cutters to cut them. You also need to add supports in between to hold them up. I used about 30 inches to put up sheer curtains and they shagged in the middle. The sheer curtains weigh next to nothing, but yet the wire couldn't hold them up without sagging. I think they need to be a bit stiffer/stronger. Overall, they did the job, but not exactly as expected. Wouldn't purchase again.

Bought an older camper and removed the old curtains. Used these to hang the new curtains I made. Easy enough for even me ! You'll need wire cutters to cut it.

Does the job well and comes with hooks and closed-loops. Use with wire cutters to trim to length. Easy to fine-tune the fit if you measure twice and cut once.Just test the stretch first, as you don't want bowing in the middle because you've not stretched it enough to account for the additional weight of what you're hanging.
