Exceptional quality
I've bought these for my son for Christmas. They are exceptional quality at a very good price. My son is still wearing the ones he's had 10 years so although they are a little tatty now they still do the job. Once you've worked out how to put them on, they will really protect your ankle.

Wow!! This is great!!
I went over on my ankle on uneven ground while walking the dog last week and I haven’t been out since because I needed something that would really support my ankle to stop me going over. I had a normal Velcro support but I didn’t feel secure enough to venture out. This one is great!!!! Yes like some people say it’s a bit long winded to get on, but only because if you do have a bad ankle, you need to loosen the laces right up but you expect that. I do think though that I will get faster and will stick with it as it’s worth it. I just loosen them all totally from the top downwards, then tighten them up from the bottom to the top. The little video on here is very helpful too and explains exactly how you put it on. Re sizing I just thought I would say I think they come up slightly smaller than expected. I’m a size 6 and I went for the small as opposed to the xs. I’m glad I did as it fits so perfectly!!! Easy enough to put my walking boots over the top too. All in all I recommend this ankle support and would say a few extra minutes sorting out the laces is worth it!!! Your foot and ankle feel so snug and supported and it’s comfy and breathable. I give it 10/10.

Excellent support and helpful customer service
I sprained my ankle twice and needed stabilising to stop it going again while it recovered. This kind of support was recommended by a physio. I contacted the company to check sizing as I have size 5 feet but my ankle and calf measurement didn't match. The company assured me which measurement to use and that if the sizing wasn't ok I could return the support. The support I bought is bigger around the foot as a result to accommodate the ankle size but the laces tighten up well without bunching up. The crossover straps follow the path of the ligament and the pattern a physio would tape, so support the ankle well. The pull up in the strap means you can add more support to the damaged ligament to stop it rolling in that direction. It is comfortable and doesn't make your foot hot. It's complicated and can take a little time to put on but gets easier as you get more used to it. I feel very well supported and the ankle feels very stable without feeling too restricted. I have good range of movement in my foot with it on. It won't restrict too much as it's not a brace, so allows healthy healing without losing range of movement, but I can feel it prevents movement laterally so would stop the ankle rolling. Very happy with it. I have to wear it to work, so it's on 10 hours a day 5 days a week but still feels comfortable enough to drive the hour commute each way, and still keep on even when I get home. I've occasionally had to loosen it to drive home if the ankle has been a bit swollen from being on my feet a lot during the day, but thata probably becuase it's been too tight to start, other than that it is brilliant. The company also emailed to check the support was working out for me after I ordered. Very pleased and it's very good value for money. There are other makes that are much more expensive but they all do the same thing. I'm a happy customer with a stable ankle.

It can be worn with a regular walking boot
Excellent product that provides very good support. It can be worn with a walking boot and while it will probably loosen up with use and perhaps not be quite as stiff, my first use has given me back confidence on an ankle with worn out cartilage.

Too small
Despite going by the size guide I found this brace to small. It is very tight around the foot at the front and with the laces on it it is uncomfortable to wear with my trainers. Would be supportive if it fitted well.

Great for weak ankles
An absolute godsend for netball. After a bad twists playing I developed really weak ankles so I play in these every game now. Even on a full tournament day they were comfy but do make your feet sweat! I previously had the aircast braces but found after half an hour they really dug into my feet and became uncomfortable. These were half the price and loads comfier with just as much support.

Size chart isn't accurate!
Don't get me wrong, this ankle support is very supportive and good. But only if you get the right size. I am a size 8 in the US, so purchased an XS as advised on their size chart and it is way too small. So I have now ordered another one in a small (one size up) in the hope it is better.

Too big and bulky
After using the measurement guide. I was a size large. Disappointed to see it was too big and bulky. Not supportive though that's likely down to it being too big. Though definitely on the bulky side, not sure how you can wear footwear whilst wearing this.

This is my 3rd ankle brace attempt since fracturing my ankle. It needs extra support as it's not healing so great. 1st product was a joke, 2nd product was as expected but after a month and a half using it, realized it just wasn't secure enough. THIS PRODUCT is VERY SECURE! Keeps the ankle more or less immobile and tightening the straps doesn't impede circulation/blood flow (unless you tighten the TOP strap too tight). EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! And the BEST PRICED I've seen for similar products! I am VERY HAPPY with this purchase, and I'm usually not LOL. VERY RARE for me to leave reviews. If you need an ankle brace to (mostly) immobilize the ankle without restricting circulation, this is THE PRODUCT! The ONLY downside so far is skin irritation at the top of the brace, so I'll just have to wear long socks or strap on-top of leggings. Haven't had it for more than a few hours, but will update my review if there's any issues that come up. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product and if you need to (mostly) immobilize the ankle, GET THIS ONE!

The brace is a bit fidly to put on but it provides great support. I have arthritis in my ankle which was quite sore after playing tennis. I wore the brace for the first time and didn't experience any pain. I think the material is good. I bought a more expensive version but had to send it back because it was the wrong size. However, I couldn't see the difference in quality between the two. I was worried it would be too big for my shoe but it fits well.

Would not recommend as heel part is low enough that sporting movement will chafe very badly

This product provides total support from the middle of your foot's arch all the way past the ankle about 4 inches up your leg. It keeps your ankle from moving while it heals. It is fully adjustable, so to start of with, don't put it on too tight. Because part of the product involves a "lace up" procedure, it is not a quick off and on. In fact, you may have to remove the entire lace, as I did, and re-lace it yourself from bottom (near toes) to top to get the lace (like a shoe string) even. You may even find that because of swelling in your ankle, you may have to tie the laces before reaching the last set of holes. But that's okay, that does not interfere with the support. To start off with, do not put it on too tight, you do not want to interfere with circulation, you just want to immobilize your ankle and provide support all around the ankle 360 degrees with even pressure (support). You can wear this 24/7. But I would remove the product after a day and take a look at your foot and make sure you have good circulation, color is normal and there is no numbness. As the swelling goes down, it will become necessary to remove the product if it gets loose and re-install from the beginning. I put my unit on over a clean white sock. The unit's material is canvas-like and Velcro so it may rub your skin if you move around during the day without that sock barrier.
