The brownie and the bread mixes both tasted very good!I made the fudgey brownies recipe and while it doesn't make a full cake pan, just a very small square, it looked like one giant brownie and was perfect for a small birthday 'cake'.For the bread mix I made the recipe for rolls and dropped large spoonfuls that made them the size of a hamburger roll then they could also be used for a sandwich. They don't raise like yeast bread but if you've ever had an Archway chocolate chip cookie (the huge soft kind), that's the consistency they reminded me of. They aren't sweet, but I actually thought that if you added some sugar free chocolate chips you might get away with passing them off as cookies!The highly-food-allergic person I made them for loved them!

This is yummy and filling. At first, they taste predominantly of eggs but I guess you get used to it because on the second serving I no longer tasted the strong flavor of eggs. Maybe try to make them with fewer eggs? 3 instead of 4, for example. This bread really fills you up unlike regular, refined bread. Great for diabetics, wish it was more wallet-friendly.

I've been on keto along with my husband for a year and a half and am always looking for good products and substitutes for the foods we love. When I came across this product, the photo on the package enticed me to believe that this would be a great alternative. Although it was easy to make and had a taste and consistency of corn bread, it did not make sandwich bread like the package photo. I bought a 3 pack and will use it up but probably won't order it again. I have keto bread machine recipe that create a better bread.

Made this in my bread machine and turned out perfect. The loaf is small and I rate it as a sandwich bread. It stayed soft held up good no breaking and crumbling. Overall considering this is grain free I am happy. I wish the price was lower, as $10 for a very small loaf of bread is not cost effective.

I made my first loaf yesterday and it was delicious. I followed the recipe exactly as on the package, so was confused about what to do with the yeast package. In a small container, I mixed the yeast with the warm water listed in the recipe, then added that to the rest of the recipe ingredients I had mixed in a larger bowl. The package recipe does not state to mix the yeast separately, but I have done this for other breads, so it made sense to me. The bread came out moist and fluffy, not as large as store-bought sandwich bread, but perfect for my needs. I may vary the recipe in the future (add honey or nuts as others have mentioned), but the recipe on the package is delicious.

I was super excited when I bought this because I thought I would get many uses out of this. This bag only makes ONE tiny loaf of bread. I added rosemary seasoning and it tasted dense and bland. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this. Just buy the $6 gluten free bread it’s the same size, it would taste better and cheaper.

I'm a regular customer of the Good Dee bake goods for getting my 'bread' fix as I'm on Keto and gluten free. I LOVE their products, so quick and easy and satisfy the bread cravings. Sure, they are pricey, but then again I don't have them that often - I cook up the batch, and keep some in fridge and the rest I freeze and pull out as needed for dinners. Now, if they could come up with a sourdough option that would complete me!

I've tried many pre-made keto breads and some were disappointing or tasted more like cake. I also missed freshly baked bread. I was hesitant to purchase this but did anyway. It is the best tasting keto bread I have tried, even more so with Kerry Gold butter! I am also glad I read the reviews as one reviewer mentioned the yeast packet inside (I looked for it when I opened the bag and added it to the mix). I opted to make the dinner roll recipe. They turned out great and resembled the biscuits serve at Red Lobster. Next time, I will add a light sprinkle of garlic and onion powder, fresh parmesan cheese and chives to see if I can turn them into cheesy biscuits. Wonderful! Will purchase again.

I quite like this bread mix! Easy to prepare, bakes quickly. I was too lazy to make a loaf so i dropped them in muffin cups which also helps me with portion control. Decent flavour, very light, not grainy or crumbly like some of the almond flour recipes I've prepared. Maybe a tad salty. Slightly dry but I think I over baked it by a few minutes. The colour is a bit weird especially since it appears so white in the pic on the packaging. Overall I am very pleased and would buy again!

I made 2 big burger rolls, was really nice. I quiet enjoyed my meal. Gonna buy more and next time will make other kind of breads!
