this works perfect for my 1 acre pond. gives it a great color when we are holding events at the house if we apply it 24hrs prior.

Very happy with this dye. I use it in a 2500 gallon concrete stock tank. A little goes a long way and I've been impressed with how long it lasts. Wear gloves! No matter how careful I am without gloves, I end up with blue hands. That's not a complaint, just a heads-up.

It is a dark blue shade. It will shade a shallower pond better (In my opinion).When putting this in the water be very careful of wind and dust and open body parts.You will turn blue but if you go wash right away most comes off......I ended up going inside the garage and making a gallon of potent mix in water. Then splashed it in. I still got some blue on me but nothing like the dust.

This product tints my iron fountain water a dark blue (adjustable tinting) that helps in slowing down the formation of algae growth and aiding me in the reduction of having to clean out my fountain so much.

We have a 350 gallon pond. I used about 1/8 teaspoon of the powder and I thought it might have been too much. It darkens the water with a nice blue color.

Follow instructions. I did and water turned blue within minutes. Fish don’t seem to mind and it keeps curious hawk from bothering them

We have used several types of dye for our pond. This was the most difficult to use. Once it was in the water, it immediately gave us pretty pond water, but the problem is getting the powder/granules into the pond. I thought it would be fun to throw it around the pond. Do not try if there is any wind at all.lol.
