I was quoted over $800 by a professional to install a backup camera. In comparison and for the price of the LeeKooLuu backup camera, frankly what else do you need. The camera is super easy to install onto your license plate and the small monitor can generally fit anywhere in the cabin. Image quality is good (just make sure you ground the unit properly or the image could come through in black and white).I'm an average DIYer, and although electrical work is not my comfort zone, a few tools and you should be done in about 2 hours. I have a RAM 1500 Crew Cab truck - the length of the lead from the backup camera to the cabin minimizes your placement options. I'd recommend ordering the wireless kit to help minimize the cabling you will need to do.It would be a good option if the unit was provided with a 12V in car power adapter. As it is not, you have to locate and jack into one of the car's 12VDC power leads. Once in the back and once in the front (reverse lights, cigarette lighter). Otherwise would give it 5 stars.

For the price, it is a very good value. The display is sharp and the camera catches a good wide angle view. I could only give it three stars for a few reasons:1. The instructions are virtually non-existent. :Unless you have experience installing car audio or video, you will probably need to get someone to install it for you. I used Best Buy, and they did a great job for $165.2. The display mount has only sticky tape to keep it in place. This might work if you are putting it on a smooth, horizontal surface like on top your dashboard. However, putting it up there probably makes it harder to see in bright sunlight. You will probably be able to see it better if you mount it lower. But then the sticky tape won't work, and you'll have to put a couple of screws in it.3. The guide lines on the display do not come close to showing the width of my pickup.Overall, I had to give it three stars as it does the job for a very reasonable price.

It was pretty straightforward and does the job it was intended to. only setback was i wish the LCD was a bit bigger. but nonetheless it's pretty good and a very resourceful thing to have in your vehicle. Also the price was very affordable.

First of all, you can't really complain a waterproofing and night vision backup camera with a 5" monitor for $25!!! As long as it works, it should deserve 5 stars. Secondly, it's so easy to setup. It has all the wires you need but I did need to buy a splice connector and piggyback fuse to get power from the reserve light and fuse box (make sure you screw the ground wire to the body of the car). The wiring process went so smoothly on a Honda Civic. The bracket seems a little too big for the license plate but it's no big deal and I can trim it off. I would definitely buy this again!

Really a good product. Consistently working flawless for 4 months . Camera is wide angle hence it can also work on wide vehicles like vans or full size cars. Installation was super easy, I did myself . And I am not any car pro too.Edited on Feb 2nd 2017: looks like some problem happened inside camera, display showing some very milky/cloudy picture...not at all useful....stay away from product, does not last long....reducing rating from 5 star to 2 star.

Looks greats and performs like it's supposed to. Only complaint, the wiring is a little short. So we had to extend additional wiring on my cargo van.

It works fairly well. The night vision could be better. Over all I'm satisfied with it.

I PURCHASED THIS JUST FOR THE MONITOR BECAUSE IT IS THE PERFECT SIZE TO FIT ABOVE THE REAR VIEW MIRROR AND BELOW THE HEADLINER. I HOOKED IT UP WITH THE CAMERA ON MY TEST BENCH AND IT WORKER PERFECTLY. I NOW HAVE IT PAIRED WITH ANOTHER CAMERA THAT WAS BOUGHT ON AMAZON THAT IS FLUSH MOUNTED ON MY REAR BUMPER AND IS WIRELESS TO THE MONITOR WITH A TRANSMITTER AT THE CAMERA AND THE RECEIVER WIRED TO THIS MONITOR. IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY!

Delivery was quick but I paid for it. The product is good v clear picture and works well. However I stuck this to the top of my van windshield as it is a new van and did not want to drill. But within 10 minutes it has fallen down and pulled the cable with it I have had to purchase some stronger double sided tape to make it secure. And there was no wireing diagram with it lucky I knew what I was doing

I installed the camera at the back of my Opel van and it works amazingly well for the price i payed. I was also amazed how good it works in the night. It was very easy to install and the instructions were very clear. The delivery was fast and the camera+LCD were packed very well during delivery. I definitely recommend this rear backup camera for your car. Definitely the camera quality is really good for the price you pay.

I bought this as liked the idea of being able to plug it into the cigarette lighter, and not cut into the vehicles wiring. Sadly however, the leads supplied are to short for my vauxhall viraro, and the seller doesn't supply the longer version in the UK.

Good price reasonable quality but you must fit a voltage regulator on the camera power as over 14v camera cuts out

1st one didn’t work but a replacement turned up the following morning, you can’t ask anymore than that! The replacement works well, great value for the money
