I needed a reference book that boosted my knowledge of the different types of motors and their operations. This is it - very detailed and needs to be concentrated on but it has found a permanent place on my bookshelf Review: Got this book to learn newer information about motors and controls. 100 pages into it and it has been great. Really builds on his concepts in an effective way. So because it is so informative I give it 5 stars. But..... The print and page lay out is like someone wrote this on their word processor and printed it at home. Tiny print and huge margins. I like the book so much I’ll overlook that but it is a shame to waste such great material on such poor printing. Unfortunately this book will not last past my study of it. It will be in shambles. Too bad because they authors know their stuff and present it well.
