These waffles are pretty filling for a short and intermediate runs. They are a bit pricy however I got it on sale. That is the only way, I could justify the price. The waffles themselves are pretty thin and a little sweet. They can definitely double as a dessert option.

I believe they’re supposed to be eaten before an exercise or fitness thing so that you’re getting energy used in the right way to burn fat but they’re pretty low calorie and they’re absolutely delicious. They taste like waffles with caramel or waffles normal.I
