Lots of fun and easy to use.

I purchased this toy for my friend's son's 8th birthday party. The party was held on a river bank and this gift ended up being the most used that day. It works well but does require a bit of training for the kids. The shorter their arms the more training that is required. It's easy for them to extend the tube longer than they're able to successfully pull back. With a little training on just sliding it so far as they can pull and how to bring it back to their reach if they do over extend and they were just fine. These kids were ages 6 to 9 or so, and they all played with the toy. Just be prepared for a little coaching at first but overall I'd say it's a hit for a pool or river party

I rated this 5 stars despite my 5 year old's struggle to use it because I didn't check age recommendations when I bought it. He can still use it and loves it but boy is it a struggle. It is also really fun to watch and means when he wants to go outside at 2 in the afternoon in 95 degree weather I don't have to worry about him having so much fun he will stay out too long. I can just send him out with this beast and he will be exhausted in 10 minutes. Bonus, its fortnite and I don't let him play Fortnite so he gets to feel really cool and included without letting him play a video game that is too old for him.

My son thought it was cool- but to pull water in and push it out was slightly difficult. My son is 9- so he was able to do it- but kids 5-6 and under might have harder time. I also thought it was going to be like a “super soaker” water gun... where you pump the gun and hit the trigger.... but it is not- should have read instructions. The look is very cool and my son loved it

I purchased this for my som who is 8 and loves fortnight. He doesn't play with it much, we mainly keep it in the toy box. He liked opening it.

Within 5 min of getting this for my son a was soaked. Barely got my wallet to safety. It shots out a lot off water, feels like a 1/2 gallon probably a pint. Super easy to use, get a water filled container, dip the tip in, pull back to fill and find target. Literally rinse and repeat until your victims have no more dry spots. My son is 10, easy enough for him to pull/push the toy. Might be harder for 5-6 year olds. Definitely lots of fun.

Birthday present for a 8 year old boy. He loved it. Fortnite themed gifts seem to always be a hit. This is pretty big and great for summer.
