Yes, I think they sell 60, but sometimes you need to use maybe 3-4 at time, so I would not be hesitant to buy 120, I love this product, by the way

How does this differ from other magnesium supplements? Most magnesium will have a laxative effect if taken in 400-600mg doses, right?

I have the exact same question. I currently take magnesium, and it helps with constipation, but only about 500mg. I cant imagine taking almost 1500 mg??? Is that safe? And why wouldnt I just take a higher dose of magnesium?? ISnt that all this is?
