I first tried Oxy-Powder back in February. I had a candida problem which was causing reoccuring yeast infections every month. A little back history. In April 2016, I got my very first yeast infection. I used the three day over the counter yeast infection treatment ;it worked and the yeast infection went away. In July, I got a second yeast infection. I went to the gynecologist and was given fluconazole. I got relief a day after taking the pill, however the next month it was back again. After reading that this was common online and not wanting to spend more money on copays and paying my deductible I did not go back to the doctor. This continued every month until February 2017. In September 2016, I started taking a probiotic every day (the Renew Life Women's 90 billion). This definitely helped with my yeast infections (they became much milder than the first three I had) and digestive system, but I was still getting them every month. I used the probiotics both orally and vaginally. At the end of December, I decided to try the Garden of Life women's 85 billion probiotics and Yst management (digestive enzymes). This definitely helped too and became even more mild. In February I was due for my yearly check with the Gynecologist, so I went talked to her about my reoccuring infections. She sent in a swab and the lab confirmed it was yeast infection. She wrote me a prescription for Terconazole which is a seven day vaginal cream. I used this and I'm not sure it really helped as I still had some external vaginal after using it for seven nights. Probably a week after using the Terconazole cream I did the Oxy-Powder seven day cleanse and used the probiotics that came with the colon cleanse kit. I took three first night and nothing happened. Then I took four. I went once or twice. Then I tried six and this was the magic number to achieve three to five movements a day. I really didn't change my diet during the cleanse as I'm a primarily vegetarian (I eat a little fish every now and then) and eat pretty healthy. The next month (March) no yeast infections came and has stayed that way. Oxy-Powder also helped with my hand eczema. It wasn't until I took Oxy-Powder that I realized I had several food sensitivity that were causing some of my flare ups. Since then I limited/stopped eating fruits /vegetables in the nightshade family, gluten, and am trying to eat very little pre-packaged foods. I continue use oxy powder one a week or once every other week as a mantience dose if I am bad and eat a food that causes an eczema flare up which I have recently learned is called dermatitis herpetiformis (caused by a gluten sensitivity) or my digestive system slows down. Other benefits having a regular potty schedule first thing in the morning before leaving for work and then usually after lunch. As others mentioned clean up is also very easy after the cleanse;one or two wipes take care of the job. I would highly recommend trying Oxy-Powder. I would encourage you to buy it first directly from Global Healing as they have a six month return policy if you are not happy with the results. I find this product to be extremely helpful . I only use one capsule once a week and that’s enough to keep me cleaned out. It is gentle . For me I think 4 capsules at a time would be too much. I’d suggest starting at a low dose and increasing if needed . This is very affordable to me being that I only need one capsule. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and have bouts of constipation as a result. Getting constipated will make the dysfunction worst . So kinda a lifesaver for me. Great product . Oh and the citric acid is from natural sources not from mold .

Incredible results! I was having miserable constipation/diarrhea episodes due to a long IBS flare up. Decided to try this but was afraid to do more than 1 capsule, even though the directions said 4. Took only 1 at night. The next morning I had the first normal (kinda soft) movement I’d had in a very long time, then more later in the day. No straining, no diarrhea. Long story short I’ve been taking only 1 tablet daily for the past 6 weeks, and the difference has been night and day! My gastroenterologist was so pleased and okayed me to take daily indefinitely! This stuff is gold!!! It’s easy to take and my stomach never gets upset. Works like a charm when needed.

I’ve been trying these colon cleanse pills for a few different days now. I started by taking 2 at a time and then tried 3, and they definitely seemed to kick in. No crazy reactions or cramping like I’ve had with some other cleanses, just noticeable “activity” and results. I like that it feels effective without being harsh. So far, I’m happy with how they work and how my body is responding.

This product really works. I take it before bed and by the morning relieves my constipation. Less bloated and feeling great. The pills are a little large and i have to take 4 at once but totally worth it.

I been taking this for about 4 months now. It’s amazing and really helps keep you going. I have to take meds that can cause constipation. So I’ll take 4 capsules at night before need and by morning I’m moving great. Doesn’t cause stomach pain like exlax or some of the other ones. That’s what I like most a lot it. Works wonders. I’m definitely gonna keep buying this.

These pills do the job. I take them at night before bed, and when I wake, it's almost automatic. Sometimes I have to eat a meal or drink something to get my system started. They don't really taste like anything. Easy to swallow.

As always this cleaner is awesome after next morning boweling felt comfortable stomach, but i recommand when it take be sure next day are on your off working day, it will go for many time for toilet. Unless your work station is just beside toilet.

Well I’ve seen some reviews saying take 3/4 tablets for a colon cleanse I definitely wouldn’t because I had my first 1 in the morning on an empty stomach then took 1 more before bed that same night & the next day I was definitely getting everything out of my body after 5 times of going I drank water all day then a few hours later that all came out! Definitely cleansed me! I now just take 1 at night and it’s working so please see what works for you dont just take 3/4 pills without testing what works for you

Médica indicou. Tenho constipação e esse suplemento ajuda muito. Tomo minha dose a noite e pela manhã já consigo evacuar naturalmente. Sem cólicas e sem a urgência de ir ao banheiro. Não é como um laxante purgativo. Não perco mais. Quanto a tornar o trânsito intestinal normal, não aconteceu. Tomar vários dias seguidos também não é interessante. Demora de chegar mas chega dentro do prazo.
