I listened to my dentist's advices and bought this product to use as my teeth whitening help tools. And I gotta say it worked quite well. It fit my mouth perfectly (even if it doesn't it won't matter too much, as long as the teeth whitening gel touches your teeth, it doesn't matter if it covers the surface from all angle, it will automatically even out itself)!And it is cheap! My dentist's lab has been closed and is now weeks behind. I needed a temporary bit guard. These were so cheap I don't know why I took a chance. I am glad I did. With minimal effort I was able to mold them to my upper teeth. They fit well and are easy to clean. I hope the one my dentist is making for $100s more fits as well.

I bought these mouthguards to help prevent my bruxism (teeth grinding) at night. I followed the instructions, fit them to my mouth and found them to be very uncomfortable. More specifically, they are too large for my mouth, even if the length is cut. Given the large size and it's soft rubbery composition, it causes air blockage and a gag reflex. I have worn different mouthguards - some from dental offices and some purchased over the counter, and none have ever caused this problem. I contacted the seller and asked for tips for use or my my money back and never got a response. Not happy with this product.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. The instructions are easy and I can see how it would work great as a mouthguard and for teeth grinding but I am allergic to the materials used in this product. My gums and lips were red and irritated after using it. I am the minority in this case since I have some sensitivities and or allergic reactions to latex, some plastics, dyes and chemicals. Because of this I am giving it 3 stars. I'll keep trying to find one that will work for me.

I messed up on one of the mouthguards, so having a pack of 4 was super helpful. I didn't try for whitening, just for grinding while i sleep. Will hopefully see some results, or lack of grindage when i see my dentist in 6 months. I have one for home, one for travel, and now one for when i'm driving in the car. I didn't realize how much my mouth is clenched while driving, and with pot holes..hopefully this will help in the car too. I wouldn't mind using it for everyday use, and might try just around the house on weekends, but hard to talk with it in (sounds funny, like somethings in my mouth).

It was not a comfortable... my wife needed as a night guard, but this didn't take the right shape... it became awkward for her to wear and caused more pain.

Well, this was my first time buying a product like this. I must say, it's a great value. I wish the retainers were a bit thinner though. My first attempt does fit, but there was room for improvement as I have a small mouth. I wanted to cut down parts that weren't necessary. I tried again. This time I failed and it was very uncomfortable. I haven't made a third attempt yet, but I have a feeling I might go through all four before I get the hang of it.

I clinch and grind my teeth. My dentist said I needed a mouth guard to protect them from cracking. I spent over $200 having a mouth guard made at my dentist A few years back. When I needed a new mouthguard I bought A package of these. Wow! So glad I didn't waste the money at my dentist office. It took me a couple of years to use all that came in the package. I was careful to keep them clean. The key to getting a good fit is to make sure when you emerse the guard into hot water, the plastic starts to curl before you pull it out. Simply pull it out and carefully put it in your mouth molding it to the shape of your mouth. If it's not a tight mold simply put it back in the water and do it again. I just bought my second package and have recommended these to family members. Very satisfied customer!
