These balls have multi use and I love that. They are great for hand strength and conditioning but also for stress relief- plus they smell great. Great addition to my office!

These are perfect and very easy to use, get used to. They range in consistency from soft, medium to hard, the colors are beautiful and the material is soft. Each ball helps with anxiety or to ease cramping. They are well made and sturdy, not going to rip or explode if squeezed too hard. My son uses them when hes fidgety and I use them when I need to strengthen or relax my hands. Appropriate for adults and children, and because they're weighted, my dog has zero interest in them too "bonus" hahaha

The scent of the balls is light and pleasant. The balls are sturdier than any others I have tried. They are just the right “squishy” for relaxation and building hand strength. Great motivational phrases. The makers did well!

Not only do they smell nice, they have greatly improved the strength in my hands and I now have fewer issues with carpal tunnel.

Bought this as a gift for my mom who has issues with her hands. Love that it came with three different balls. She loved it. She started with the soft and eventually progressed to the hard. Added bonus.... it has little sayings and questions on it. Super cute. It does have a scent to it as well but not too strong either.

I did not receive the color I had ordered. That is a small thing. I do wish the balls were light, medium, and hard. Mine seem to be the same strength and are not marked. I don’t particularly care for the smell. I looked at the reviews. This is the reason I chose this particular ball. There were some that were less expensive. I don’t see much of a change yet. They are OK but could be better.

Love this version of stress balls. Perfect for our Cancer group. Has great phrases to help with positive and mindful focus. Will be buying another set. Love the different resistance levels.

These little guys are a perfect mindless stress toy. They fit well in your palm, lightweight, soft and have a pleasant smell. I bought these for my new job and they are working exactly as I’d hoped.
