Works great
This thing works great. I made three perfect shaped baguettes the first time I used it. Cooks nice and crispy all around without drying out the inside.

Works well for baguettes
When I got this, I followed the recommendations to season it first. I was glad that I did. It cleans up very easily and provides a nice even bake for my baguettes. It feels rather flimsy and bends easily, and the edges are pretty sharp, so those two things I don't really care for, but I am very careful with my bakeware, so I am hoping it will hold up well.

Bakes up very nice baguettes!
Been using the same pan since 2016. It works very nicely and cleans up easily. Use a stiff dough instead of a slack dough and then it won't fall through the holes. The non-stick coating does come off after a while. My solution? Treat it like cast iron and season the whole thing. My procedure was as follows: 1. Make sure pan is clean. 2. Spray lightly, but consistently, with cooking spray. 3. "Bake" the empty pan with oil on it in a 400F oven for an hour. 4. Kill the heat and let cool in oven. 5. Use and enjoy! Would buy again, won't need too because it is sturdy enough. Hope this helps! -John

Highly Recommended
I use this pan every other week. I’ve had it for about a year. My bread comes out looking like the store-bought French bread. It browns perfectly. The non-stick quality is awesome.

The dough gets stuck in the holes
It would be best to use parchment paper with these because the dough does get stuck in the holes, not so non stick it would be good for heating up bread, but for raw dough it isn't non stick per say.
