Let me start off by saying that this Robot Vacuum is awesome! It is so simple to use and to set up, it was a no brainer. When we opened the packaging we were surprised by how well made it all is, it really is a quality product that has some heft to it. It comes with everything you need, including a mopping attachment that many other vacuums don't have.We use ours with the Amazon Echo Show and the integration is seamless. We named our Robot Vacuum "Cinderella", so we just say "Tell Cinderella to start cleaning" and away it goes - it's like magic and is a really impressive party trick for when people come over.We are super happy with this, the suction is ace, the pattern it follows to get to every part of the room is great, and it really does a good job of clearing any dirt off the floor. It's also not very loud, so you can use it without much bother at all.No complaints really, seems to be a well priced and solid little Robot Vacuum!!

This is a very quiet vacuum with good navigational skills ensuring full coverage of the areas that need cleaning, and easy docking. Being lower in height than others, it can get under the frames of our bar stools, which is a first! If I were to be extremely picky, I would say that, despite a relatively strong motor, the suction is adequate, but not exceptional, and the odd crumb tends to get left behind (a little harsh given the price point which is way lower than my other robot vauum). The mopping function is very thorough, but just be aware that no extra pressure is applied, so it will freshen-up the floor, but you will still need to supplement this with another form of washing from time to time to get the heavier stains off. The app works well with Alexa, and Deenkee customer service is first rate too (thanks Melissa). Recommended!

Item arrived next day and well packaged. This robot vacuum is brilliant. This model is quick to set up and very easy to use. It has two features i-e vacuum and mop and both work very well. I have been particularly impressed with the mopping feature. The suction power is very strong which enables it to pick a lot of dust, hairs, and small crumps. The battery life is long that makes it vacuum and mop my whole flat in one go without having to charge it again and again. It is very easy to empty and clean the waste bin. It comes with spare side bushes and a cleaning brush. The DEENKEE app is easy to install and very easy to add a device and program it. It works great on both hardwood and carpet. It is surprisingly quite for a vacuum cleaner with such a strong suction. I have never liked vacuuming our flat, after a long day at work it is not something you want to do, this amazing product has made our lives so much easier. I am deffo going to recommend it to family and friends.

Not the best product. Any wires on the floor (lamps, chargers etc) will get tangled in its brushes and stop it working. It constantly got wedged in between chair legs. Battery would only allow for one room to be cleaned before it ran out of charge. It takes about 5 hours to charge.But mainly, it stopped working after 6 months. The WiFi function just broke. It still goes around, but you can’t see how much battery it’s got or get alerts when it gets tangled in the curtain.I wouldn’t buy this brand again.

We have been considering buying a robot vacuum cleaner for a while and that’s the best purchase we have ever made! Helps so much with every day cleaning especially with small kids! All I have to do is to mop corners or some places where the hoover cannot physically access, the rest is being managed well - both vacuuming and moping. Has no problems with going on our carpet or from one room to another where we have little porches, the battery life is very good so far.I cannot compare to any other robot vacuum cleaners but it does the job and works as we expected. We have checked quite a few before buying and according to descriptions this hoover’s price is reasonable.Amazing value for the money paid, would definitely recommend to everyone, but must have for all families with kids

Purchase influenced by getting my sister a Honiture G20... but I wanted something black 😜Pros- did everything my sister's did, plus a bigger dustbin AND bigger water tank.Cons - mop attachment lower quality spec - bits of elastic compared to stitched pockets to fit metal plate, only one side brush (this is a big deal as it pings things across the room, and of course has to compensate by doing more sweeping. No voice, meaning that unless you're watching it's lights you won't know when it's finished mopping as it'll keep trundling around looking for it's charger, no way of knowing (rather than guessing) why it's alarmed, app more basic... and water tank (which is a separate attachment) also has a mini dustbin... which can't be opened/emptied.The upshot being... I returned this and bought the same as my sister

The media could not be loaded.  The next day delivery which is good.I use for a month. The initial set up takes a few minutes . The robot is responsive and quite “smart” in mapping the area and avoiding obstaclesit's a very advanced robot with great functionality, simple design. Typically a single charge can last over 2 hours. The device is fascinating to watch and it does a great job of getting into all the hard to reach areas. It manages to navigate underneath the kitchen table and figure its way round the maze of chair legs.It pretty much does everything for you bar the occasional emptying of the dust bin. Very happy with the purchase and think it's a good device that's worth the purchase price.
