Delicious with a nice not overly sweet taste and no grit. As a vegan, I have tried just about every protein shake out there - Garden of Life, Arbonne, Vega etc and these are by far my favorite. The ingredients are much better quality than Arbonne (they rate very low on the Yuka app with a lot of chemicals and fillers) and they taste better than the Garden of Life which were my go to. I would compare the vanilla Truvani to a McDonald’s vanilla shake in terms of flavor. I threw it in the blender with some Ice and almond milk and water. I have also tried the mint chocolate and just used a shaker and it still blended well and tasted good.

I had high hopes for this protein powder due to the healthy ingredients. Unfortunately, it doesn’t dissolve and sinks to the bottom of the glass, leaving an off-putting grainy liquid on top and a sweet, thick, sludge at the bottom.

Good amount of protein, and does not feel heavy. Does not upset my stomach and appreciate that it does not taste artificial. Easy to use and blends well. Can feel a little grainy at first but dissolve well. A little pricey but good quality protein.

Good for a pea protein powder. No gritty taste or any other issues.

I'm very active, trying to move from animal protein to plant based. It's tough getting 1 gr/pound of body weight per day, and also tough to find a protein supplement with clean ingredients, no strange artificial sweetener aftertaste and one that blends easily. This product hits all of my requirement check-boxes. Tastes great (no bitter aftertaste), mixes easily, and has a fantastic macro profile; and a big hit of protein per the 130 calories, low sugars, low carbs. My only "asks" of the company in the future are to consider: a) non-flavored version. Their vanilla is great; I'd like an unfavored option for cooking/mixing b) I worry about a complete BCAA profile; wondering if they can add a version with a boost to this; I realize it will take their "only 5 ingredients" value point off the table, but well worth it c) the product is so finely ground (a great thing) that it makes a big mess especially with the envelope. Wondering if the full size item can come in a convenient tub with a long spoon serving utensil. That would prevent a mess each time it is being used. The single-serving envelope is also a mess, so it needs to have a pre-cut corner to help prevent the mess when taking it for use on-the-go/travel. Thanks this is a great option! Looking forward to making it a part of my daily nutrition!

It was ok. It wasn’t like , oh that’s so awesome, but it was drinkable. Would I drink it again? Yeah. Will I try a different flavor first? Yes. You can definitely tell it has pea protein in it and the taste of that was pretty strong. It didn’t clump any at all, and is easily digestible it did help with energy and it was effective in keeping me full. I really liked that it was low sugar bc of being diabetic I’m always watching out for highs and lows. A idea I would recommend is maybe increasing the flavor of vanilla more. Maybe adding a Splenda to it might even make it better to your drink when mixing it. That would be an idea anyways. I do like how all the ingredients are dairy free, egg free due to food allergies and asthma (dairy). I’m always having to look out for that also. The drink grows on you as your drink it but it wasn’t the best and it wasn’t the worst.

This is gritty, and has a plant taste to it.

I've tried a lot of protein powders (Orgain, Vega, Garden of Life, Naked Pea) and my favorite by far is Bluebonnet. Well they're sold out right now, so I needed something and figured I'd try this. I liked that it's organic and the limited ingredients was interesting. It is quite good. While I prefer the specific vanilla flavor a bit more with Bluebonnet, the blending/mixing was still quite good with this one. I have never tasted any vegan protein powder that doesn't have a little grittiness but it's about as good as it gets. Not chalky or disgusting like some.
