Great product beyond what was expected. It holds the heat well and the size works perfect for those smaller areas. Seems to be long lasting and will stick where you want it. And most importantly, they work!

These pads are a HUGE relief! I’ve been experiencing lower back pain and was using Tiger Balm, but can’t stand the strong smell of it. I never want to go out in public wearing Tiger Balm because of the distinct scent.So, I decided to give these pads a try. I love that they are 100% Natural and made in the USA. While comparing other similar products trying to decide which one to purchase I chose this one because of that.The pads come individually wrapped and are easy to use. Just tear open the wrapper, peel off the sticker on the back and applied it to my shirt. No mess, no fuss, and most importantly no strong odor like Tiger Balm. I can easily go out in public wearing this and no one would even know I had it on if I threw a jacket over my shirt.It’s a good size and the pad warmed up instantly. The heat lasted a long time and provided some much needed relief to my lower back. Also, after the pad stops working it’s great to be able to recycle it and use the powder on my plants. It’s reasonably priced and I feel I’m getting a lot of bang for my buck. Will definitely be buying more. Highly recommend!

These are lifesavers for neck and back pain. They heat up quickly and stay in place, providing long-lasting relief without being too bulky. Great for when I am on the go and cannot use my heating pad for my neck and back pain. My only issue is, they don’t stick well if I am even slightly sweating and they could be a little bigger in coverage. That’s the only reason I don’t leave a 5 star review.

These work. I use them frequently on my lower back for pain to counter stiffness. Good for about any joint or muscle pain.They adhere well, yet for unusual activity, such as running or playing tennis, it is good to have another snug product like compression shorts or shirts to hold them in place. If you are engaged in normal activities, they stay in place all day.They have worked for me more than the 8 hours that I believe they claim. Good value, a little lower cost than some others that got there first.

These pads are great with heating up fast and it is long lasting and comforting. However, they DO NOT stick on well. I have to use duct tape to make sure it stays on.

My only issue with these is that they might get to be too hot. Please do not put it next to your skin

Having horrific sciatica, torn off cartilage attack, can't take a step. These warmers get very warm, stay warm and were at my door just when I needed them!
