I was getting colds constantly last year, so I decided to start taking this during cold and flu season. I can say I didnt get another cold once I stared taking it everyday. It tastes good. Like any orange flavored powder. It dissolves well. Will be ordering it again and keeping a stock of it for this years cold and flu season.

Much healthier alternative then regular supplements and has a great, clean taste. There is some feedback on here about how Ener-C doesn't dissolve as quickly as Emergen-C, but I haven't found that. If this is true for some, I'd still rather have a healthier version of a popular powder than opt for more sugar and chemicals that negates the reason for taking supplements in the first place. Ener-C has sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) as an ingredient, which is awesome because this helps give alkalinity to an otherwise highly acidic product. Our diets have far too much acid in them and for those that struggle with reflux, this is something to pay attention to. Citrus and many preservatives are often times triggers for reflux. Ener-C also has less sugar than Emergen-C, which is vital to note because there is no point in taking something to support your immune system when one of the ingredients (sugar) depresses it. It's counterproductive and a waste of money. Packets are small and easy to fit into pockets for travel, work, hiking, etc. Vitamin C is important for so many reasons (producing collagen, health, etc.) and if you're looking for a trustworthy way to supplement it, then I recommend this. Try it with alkaline water (Essence pH10 or Essentia) to soften its delivery to your stomach. Will purchase again.

This is a great product and it does what ir says. I think it's too expensive. I will be ordering from somewhere else next time.

I usually use Emergen-C, but it seems like the prices have gone up lately and this product came up in my shopping suggestions. I thought I'd give it a whirl and really wasn't sure what to expect. I got the peach/mango flavor and I freaking LOVE the taste! It's seriously delicious! I was pretty blown away by the flavor and I can honestly say I like it better than any of the Emergen-C flavors I've tried over the years. I really love fresh peaches and this has an authentic peachy taste with just a hint of tang. In other words, it doesn't taste artificial or overly sweet. The ingredients also appear to be somewhat comparable to your average Emergen-C packet (with a few minor differences) and the price is much lower for the same quantity, so what's not to love?! If you're on the fence, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try! I've ordered it twice now and plan to continue.

Update to earlier review: product shipped from Amazon was expired by about 5 months. I initially experienced difficulty with Amazon return process but have since received a full refund. After receiving the product I contacted the company who made the product, customer service was great, they were quick in returning phone call and email regarding the refund process. Hopefully the Amazon fulfillment centers will be a bit more diligent in checking expiration dates before shipping products. 5 star rating as the Ener-C company provided great customer service.

I have used this product for years and I can truly say it works to keep your immune system strong. I not only recommend it, I give it as gifts.
