I always order these for my mom and she loves them. I love the quick delivery as well.

I found this product to better than most. However, I did have an issue with some of the bags being defective. If that happens to anyone, Just contact Convatec and they themselves will replace the bags. I lost a few hundred dollars before I found this out.

I ordered these back in October. I usually have to change once a week. I think this box I received was older as the adhesive would not stay stuck. I have had bag leakage every day for the last 5 days. The skin around my stoma has become so inflamed and painful I can't hardly stand for anything to touch it. Thankfully I was able to obtain some from a friend but not enough to get through the week. Ne er had this problem before.

Other bags have fallen apart when rinsed for extended use.

I have ordered these from this supplier for awhile now. The build quality has been decent, though on occasion I have found the drain portion on a few over time to have not been fully open. The drain port walls can be stuck or plastic welded together. Sometimes I can open the port all the way by unsticking the plastic just by sliding my finger in there, there have been an occasion or two I have had to cut the drain port back with scissors in order to make the pouch fully usable. Once or twice in a blue moon since I have ordered these through this supplier I have found the pouch sidewall to be separated (not be plastic welded as they should be), this has been very rare, but it has happened. These manufacturing flaws have not happened enough for me to seek the item elsewhere. The adhesive walls are thick enough, though they seem thinner (visually near transparent) then other lots I have purchased in the past, most likely from other manufacturing locations, as the ones I recently received have been manufactured in the Dominican Republic, vice the USA. The quality control manufacturing standard does not seem to be as high as as lots I have purchased through other (i.e. local vice online) suppliers in the past, though these are solid enough and priced at fair market value for me to continue to purchase them online. My “blue” insurance company restricts the purchase of two boxes a month claimed through them, I lead a very active life and need more then 20 pouches to get me through a given month. I appreciate being able to buy as many pouches as I need independently online in advance of vacations and travel to live beyond my insurance company’s draconian monthly quantity allotment. Whomever at “blue” formulated that restriction obviously does not live with an ileostomy.

8 out of 10 pouches were mistamped and the barrier pulled up and leaked in the first hour. Contacted the seller and received no response. $40 down the toilet literally. Two weeks of horrible suffering before I could afford replacements. On an extremely vitally necessary medical product. Not only are their products defective but the company has no empathy for the customer. I recommend avoiding them like the plague.
