Nice quality. I didn’t expect it

I've only received my pan a few days ago and evidently I can't talk about its lasting working and effectiveness. A Spanish friend gave me the smaller size version (20cm) and I discovered that I could not only make wonderful omelettes and tortillas but also wonderful and speedy dishes made with vegetables, chicken, pork and meat recipes. The magnet closure allows things to cook fast and keep all the flavour of the components. With my new one (26cm), I can increase the amount of food preparing colourful and tasty dishes - and fabulosas tortillas every time!

I already have a small frittata pan but needed a large one which could be used on an induction hob. This is a well made pan and easy to use. The food just glides off with nothing sticking. The pan comes with a booklet of recipes. I wish my Spanish was good enough to understand as they look delicious!

The pan is great for Tortillas I also want to get the smaller version👍

Cette poêle est parfaite pour faire des tortillas espagnoles et pour les omelettes "à la mère Poulard "avec des oeufs battus en neige et incorporés au jaunes. On peut cuire les deux côtés sans en mettre partout.

C'est vraiment un excellent produit ,cela demande un peu de maîtrise ,mais après cela facilite la vie pour faire l'omelette Espagnol entre autre .

Vedendo anche le altre recensioni, molte delle quali positive, ho deciso di comprare questa doppia padella antiaderente, ed ho fatto bene, è davvero Ottima, chiusura ermetica, non fuoriesce nulla, acciaio pesante ma molto meno di chi ha scritto il contrario, maneggevole, facile da pulire, qualità/prezzo buonissimi, personalmente mi sto trovando bene e la consiglio.

La he comprado, obviamente, con la intención de hacer grandes tortillas de cualquier cosa, y es maravillosa para ello, aunque tiene una gran variedad de usos.Da la sensación de materiales de calidad, es antiadherente DE VERDAD; muy fácil de limpiar; tiene unas gomas en los bordes que hacen la sartén "estanca", algo muy útil para dar la vuelta a tortillas qu aún no están cuajadas (ideal para hacerlas y que se queden cruditas por dentro); al unir las sartenes, tienen un fuerte imán que las fija y hace MUY cómodo darles la vuelta.Es sin duda una de las mejores compras que he hecho.En cuanto a la durabilidad, aún no puedo dar opinión, pero si la sensación de que este producto lo va a ser.Un briconsejo: no seáis estúpidos o pequéis de ansiedad por usarla, como me pasó a mi, y lavadla antes de usarla por primera vez, que viene recubierta por algo (imagino algún producto para conservarla de fábrica) y condiciona mucho el sabor.MUY MUY recomendable.
