Nice table
Real nice table the kids love it. One of the legs on a chair ended up breaking.

eHemco child's table and chair set
In general I feel this product is ok, although we have only had it for two weeks at this point. I believe it is generally solid construction, if you have any skills at assembly this should be a very easy assembly for you. It took me about 30 minutes after unboxing the materials. The assembly directions that come with this are fairly poor, little to no text or explanation but if you spend a minute and look at the picture you should be able to understand the steps without any trouble. The only thing I had was it comes with 3 bags of hardware, two identical "long" screw bags and one with shorter screws. The shorter screws are used to hold the seats to the chair, if you have some experience assembling items this should be no problem. The unit as received had a small nick in the table top, it was small enough that I didn't bother calling for a replacement. I figured it would be nothing compared to what my grand daughter would do to it. At some point I figure I will end up re-finishing the unit and a little sanding would do the trick. It comes as natural wood meaning unstained but it does have some coating on it, maybe a light urethane, I would have liked to seen an extra coat on it as this is a child's table and chairs and will take some abuse.I was disappointed with the size of the table, you can barely fit the four chairs under it, I purchased the 4 chair model because the table was bigger than the 2 chair model and also higher. My feeling is they should increase the dimensions of the table top by 4-6 inches. It is really too small for two kids to be at. I would recommend against buying the 2 chair model the table and chairs are smaller and lower, this fits my grand daughter (2 1/4 years old) just right I figure she will have out grown it by the time she is 5.I feel the unit should sell for about $100 not the $125 I paid, this is mostly due to the small table top. The construction is good, everything fit together without any issue and it appears to be solid, the chairs easily hold me. When my kids were growing up we had a Fisher Price two chair table that was absolutely wonderful, it lasted through 3 children and numerous lemonade stands I finally tossed it away figuring it was just taking up space without any use. Wish I had it now it was a far superior product, I guess they don't make them like that anymore, I'm not very fond of the all plastic ones you find popular now. I would guardedly recommend this product to someone, it probably won't last to see a second generation and as I've mentioned the table top size is too small.

Grandsons love it
My 3 y/o grandson helped me to put this together new years eve. And, he adores it. I will be honest, my hands were very tinder afterwards. Due to having to use that tool included. Other than that no complaints.

Solid Construction! Toddler loves it!
This is just what we were looking for! We get lots of complements on the table and chair set. It's a solid construction and very well made!My son is almost two and just over three feet tall. He fits at the table very well and loves sitting on the chairs. I have two of the chairs set up for him currently. (One chair, then a leg, then another chair.. so they aren't across from each other). The chairs all fit well if you put each chair to the same side of its side. Ie. Move them all to the right, or all to the left. If you put them all in centered or at different sides, you will not be able to push them in all the way... if that matters to you.I am 5"6. I also fit at the table. Clearly, this is not a replacement to our adult sized chairs and dining tables... but I can sit with my son to do crafts, which is nice.I have two crawlers under one that are learning to stand and thus pulling up on everything. The chairs do pull over easily. I've redirected a few times and spotted a few falls to get the message across. They've learned to pull up on the table instead of the chairs. That being said, I wouldn't leave them unattended with the chairs, They enjoy crawling under the table as well for now. They stand up to see what their big brother is up to and enjoy attempting to participate.I have had this set up for two days. Already... My son has stood on the chairs and they are sturdy enough to support him well. He has gotten halfway on the table. I'm sure he will eventually sneak onto the table while my back is turned... and I'm pretty sure they table will be just fine. I have the table set up on an alphabet mat, so there's a little padding for my adventurous tot.I like that the surface is easy to wipe off. Crayons.. Markers-- everything came off easy. It's a nice surface for playdo too!Putting everything together was a pain, but I did it alone and I was very satisfied with the end product. My thumbs were sore :-). I did it while watching a show after the kiddos went to bed. In the morning, my toddler said "Wooow! Chairs! Table! Oh boy!"Anyhow.. Well made. We're a happy bunch!
