The size of this pan complement the Slow n Sear really well in the 22 inch Weber. I was planning to get the roasting/drip pan made from the same SNS company, but the quality of the material quality seems thinner and had negative reviews with non stick coat chipping off and pan warping. I’m was pleasantly surprised by the thickness and quality of the pan. Will be using as a griddle and drop pan. No more aluminum pans wasted.

This item is sold as a griddle, but I use it as a "catch pan" sitting on my Weber kettles charcoal rack. It is truly just what was needed to keep grease drippings from making a mess in the kettle bottom. Absolutely perfect in every respect as it is made of stainless steel and has about 1/2" high sides completely around the perimeter.TRR

I'm using this primarily as a drip pan for my loco kettle grill, but also I may use it as a griddle. This is a heavy insert and it's way better than I expected

This appears to be a nice solid drip pan, almost 1/8 inch thick

This is a great tool for outdoor cooking. It holds warmth well on the grill, it’s a great thickness and super easy to clean.

This was perfect for me allows me to grill on half and griddle on the other half during the same cook.

I have a kamado joe classic 3. This insert looked awesome in the picture, but unfortunately does not work with the divide and conquer system at all. It does not lock into place. It moves everytime you go to move your food. The amount of times I almost had it tip over and dump grease into the hot coals was too much.
