Missing piece - there are many reviews about missing pieces. Before I buy, can anyone confirm that pieces have been replaced under Clementoni policy?

They will replace by sending you a new box. But you have to cut out the bar code from your existing box and send it to them.

Does this puzzle have numbers on the back to do a section at a time?

There are no numbers on the back.. its a challenging puzzle but great feeling when you have completed
