These are hand-packed sardines, skin and bones included, for connoisseurs of tinned fish.

Great taste, consistent from tin to tin, I like the texture. The fish are somewhat larger than other tinned sardines. I like sardines so it is not clear to me if the premium price charged is really warranted, but still overall it is economical to consume.

Excellent quality, very good preservation in a very subtle olive oil that gives them a typical flavor and a very pleasant texture on the palate.

The product is awesome,Nice sardines with a great taate. The only complaint is that one of the cans is mistreated and the oil is leaking. This isnthe second time this happens, I got the Bonito Ortiz which is delicious but one of the cans was damage and the iilmleaking and this products are so expensive ro loose a can because I am not going to eat it if is open you could getBotulismo will not risk. But the others cans were fine and the product itself is delicious

Sardinas are very meaty and delicious. Great way to get my needed protein

Full of flavor and tender whole fish (gutted). By far the best I’ve had. Cooked with a traditional recipe from 1842. I open one a week.

These are superb sardines. 3 per tin. big, fat and tender. The Ortiz in olive oil are the best tinned sardines I have had, and I've been eating sardines for many years.
