Great product for the money
The only reason I gave it four stars, assembly. the instructions did not make it very clear which hardware went to which part. So I ended up have to remove bolts to put in other places which took a long time. The first thing I did before assembly was look through the directions and set all parts in thier own pile and take inventory. So I noticed the lack of clarity right away. Other than that, I did have to rub Vaseline on the rails for a better slide, which I have only had to do once and greatly improved the slide. The crossover is a little unstable but not enough to complain about. I have shopped for about 2 years looking for a crossover and I am very happy with this one for the price. Also look on the valor fitness website and get the cable row and lat pull down that attach to the squat cage. You will have everything you need for a full body workout when you can't make it to the gym. Overall Great buy, would absolutely recommend.

Had to wait for second box to arrive... Overall I would say it is a good investment.
Ok bought this equipment last Sunday I believe. It was scheduled to come on Friday 21. Only 1 box came, was pissed because I had to wait until Monday the 24th to get the second box. Overall I think this is a good investment. I worked out today August 25th on this equipment. Here are my pros and cons: Pros:- I had all the pieces to put it together.- The Manual was a great help in the set up...- The equipment was very sturdy.- I was able to use the spotter arms very easily. I know I heard of some models where they didnt line up.- The holes for the spotter arms were at a great height for me to use for bench pressing. I did not have to worry about it clanging. Big plus there.Cons:- This was either a used or refurbished machine. Had a lot of scratches on it, some of the holes looked like they had slight dents.- The upper storage arm for me is a waste. I was coming in contact with my 45s. I had to remove them.Outside of those critiques, I would say I am satisfied and hope to get a lot of usage out of it. I hope this review has been some what helpful.... I will come back in a couple of weeks to give follow up...

So packaging could be better. However
The rack had some stickers that got beat up during shipment. So packaging could be better. However, it was easy to assemble, is well built and solid. No play or "creaking" when being abused. On this, I also used an impact to torque down hardware.I do plan on anchoring mine to the floor, so wish it had mounting holes already. But this isn't necessary, it's sterdy by itself. It's a good size, plenty of room and yet it doesn't take up an incredible amount of space.Pull up bar is solid, but if you like to do really wide pull ups, you are limited. We also purchased the lat pull down attachment. This is also a great addition and built well. Easy assembly. I purchase the Olympic sleeve adapters because it has standard 1" weight holders. The Lat pull down bar that it comes with works and will get the job down for most home users. But it's kind of cheap feeling and narrow. I plan on purchasing Valors 48" solid pull down bar.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality, price, and bang for the buck.Perfect addition for a home gym. Also to note, I've been waiting for my heavy bag stand to come in. Since this came in first, I could help but to hang my 80lbs bag from it.Even with the bag swinging, this had no problem. I was limited on foot work, but if you don't have any alternative, it worked.

Currently Good. Another Revision and This Will be An Awesome Rack
It's a good rack for the money. I like the high pull up bar a lot. Only the front posts slot over a lower piece of square steel. You would think the rear posts would slot over as well, but they attach differently, and then use the braces. I can't help but feel that it would be a lot stronger if they also slotted over some square steel in addition to being braced. Be careful on assembly to not over-tighten the nuts. The steel will just bend in due to the thickness on the rear posts. This could also be fixed by supplying backer plates which is the approach that was used on the top braces. The chrome on the supports is already being chewed off by the knurling on my bar, but I expected that. The footprint is nice. I'm not having any stability issues. The lower standard plate holders get in the way if you want to bench with safety bars and avoid dealing with the roll of shame. Or you could just not fail, so no star deductions for that. They are easily removed or never installed. I just use the top ones for collar storage anyway.

Overall solid power rack!
Overall very happy with this purchase. Like a couple others I was on the fence between this and the bd-7 rack, but decided to go with this to have the extra room. The only negatives to this power rack are probably the safety hooks, because having j-hooks would make me fee a little safer; also the weight holders are for standard weights instead of olympic weights. I plan to use the rack for bench and squats mostly, and rack pulls now that I have a safe way to do them. It feels sturdy once you tighten everything down.Tips:The directions labeled the bottom left and right supports opposite of how they were displayed in the diagrams. Use the diagram otherwise the metal pltes they provide won't attach properly where needed. Also I would recommend waiting until you have the cage standing with everything together and then tightening all the bolts. This helped make sure everything was square and sits nice and flat on the floor. One last thing to note is that I have an 89" ceiling and I believe the top of the rack is about 87" near the top of the pull up bar so I can't get my head over the bar, however I have a drop ceiling and can displace a board to get the full use if needed.I will update when getting the lat pull down attachment.
