I have tried several brands and this is the only one that helped with my urine flow and waking up at night.

Three months in, 2 tablets in the morning went from 2 hrs a night to almost 7. It works. Noticed some improvements after 3 weeks, 3 to 4 hrs then 6 to 7 hrs a night as time went on. Obviously stop drinking liquids a few hours before bedtime and go right before retiring.

Only thing I tried that helps with frequent trips to the bathroom.

I use to wake up at least 3 times at night, now I make sure not to drink much water before bed and if I have to be up its usually once thanks to that I can get more rest , I haven’t had any side effects easy to swallow, no taste and it doesn’t mess with my stomach I already hit a second bottle and gonna keep taking it

Used it for over a month now and it did not help with needing to pee during the night. Waste of money.
