I was introduced to this oil in my Europe trip when I started a sinus infection which usually takes 10-14 days to recover from. I was really worried and a lady in our tour talked to me about this oil while we were passing Swiss Alps and the tour guide was also telling us about the thieves who used the natural plants in the Alps to prevent getting sick while forced to get rid of dead bodies resulted from the war. This oil has the same ingredients of the plants in Alps. The lady put two drops under my tongue the first night and even thought the next morning I woke up with the stuffed sinuses, the coming day, I was completely fine and cured. I came home and bought this oil and used it every time I was feeling a cold is coming and at once, that feeling of catching a cold would be completely gone. I gave it to my mom and asked her to use it. One of my mother's lung has fibrotic tissues from the flues that she had while she was young. She always had a small population of either bacteria or virus in her lungs that made her cough and the infection got much worse when she actually caught a cold or flu. After having this drop for some time, she never coughs and her cold never spreads to her lungs. Her immune system has improved so much and she is happier than ever at 80 years old. I know this oil is responsible for solving my mother's lung problems. Buy and use it. You won't regret it.

A friend gave me a gift of this brand when it was called, "King of Theives" The story behind the name is so interesting, and I believe it. Apparently, there was some law suit about naming, so now its Kings Remedy. That's okay with me. I think it's too expensive, but I still buy it, and it does well in my difuser near the table where I write checks to pay bills. Comforting.

HopeWind got very good reviews from a panel of judges rating quality of essential oils. So, I thought I would try this since I ran out of Thieves Oil & needed a replacement quickly before taking another plane ride. If you are flying for more than a 2-hour flight, wear a mask and put one dot of this oil under the mask, about where your nostrils are.I have tried many thieves oil brands, and this one is OK. It smells more like clove than cinnamon, so I may add a few drops of my cinnamon oil to make it less offensive (I don't like cloves).

The package arrived on time and was in good shape. This was my first time to try essential oils so I was hesitant to try it but it has been a life savor. I tried epsom salt in a hot bath with a couple of drops of King of Thieves essential oil and it really helped clear up my sinuses. Which I have been having trouble with. Even had a sinus infection but I didn't want to keep taking allergy medicine every day so after reading about essential oils I thought I'd give this one a try. I've been using it every morning putting some on the bottom of my feet to help with allergies and amazingly it really works. I've been doing the samething on my 5 year old to help with his asthma and he's hardly had to use his albuterol inhaler. Great stuff!

First of all, yes I would love the essential oil users manual. The order arrived early, packaged well, and "Kings Thieves Oil" 100% pure is be-u-ti-ful! The quality is certainly tops!A while back my cousin contracted Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma & her white cell count was 0, ZERO, for a couple days. Her husband collaborated with a pharmacy tech who had experience with essential oils. Her husband diffused Thieves Oil in her protective tent, (disclaimer: with Dr.s approval, and in addition to other meds & treatments) and she is free of disease to this day, two years later. It is recommended for an immune booster, so all I know is, with all that, it's gotta be good for me. AND THE SMELL IS SO EXOTIC, SMOOTH, AND WONDERFUL...not quite any smell I've experienced before. Just not sure. I had purchased for a specific purpose. Muscle testing for that purpose indicated I would have a negative (allergic) reaction to this oil. That could be b/c of this body I live in, might not be b/c of the oil itself. Wasn't confirmed OK to use, wasn't confirmed helpful. I'll keep the oil, maybe it'll be useful for "something." Even if I cannot use it in or on my physical body.I might keep HopeWind in mind for other oils. Seems like the oil itself is at least "good enough" quality.

I'm not the normal purchaser of oils. Mid 30's, middle of the road man, who generally finds my wifes fads to be......expensive.I have to say, this stuff works. I suffer from pretty regular sinus issues, and my son has a persistent cough. I have a diffuser on my side of my bed, and my son has one in his room as well. 5-7 drops of Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Thieves, and I am yet to get sick this fall (Of course, I've now sealed my fate, and will likely die by halloween).I googled what Thieves is, its actually an ancient mix used by "Thieves" during the plague to rob dead people. Whether that's just a great marketing story or not, I have to say, this stuff works.

I really wanted to like this. It is less expensive than the "other" brand and who doesn't want to save money! Right? Unfortunately, I found this product lacking. It comes down to smell and effectiveness for me. The Hope Windows oil just did not measure up to its savings for me. I'll spend the little extra and stay with the Thieves oil that has proven itself to me.
