Q: Do i need a dc block if powering from usb?

It would depend on the SDR you are using. Not with our NESDR SMArt SDRs. Thanks!

Q: What is the dB gain for this unit?

Actually this filter is passive so it actually has a minimal insertion LOSS on all frequencies and a VERY HIGH loss when blocking the AM broadcast stations interfering with your reception on other frequencies.

Q: What is the noise figure?

The unit uses the Mini Circuits GALI-39 MMIC; you can find the data sheet for that online from MCL. I've measured the 10 MHz noise figure as 2.68 dB and gain as +21 dB.
