Although I have tried a few other brands, trying to save money, I will be sticking with Cadet products because I have never been disappointed with their bully sticks. Is there an odor? Yes, of course. Given what bully sticks are, there will always be an odor, but I think the benefits far outweigh smell. I think the Cadet sticks have less smell than other brands I have tried. Bully sticks are the only chewie my dog is allowed to have. She is a voracious chewer and the 6 inch sticks last no longer than 15 minutes at best; however, I know that type of chewing action is good for her teeth as well as helping keep her teeth clean. She is very picky about treats, often refusing even the ones she generally likes, but she is always thrilled to get one of her bully sticks. I really wish they weren't so expensive, but I think the benefits from the Cadet Bully Sticks are important!

We have been purchasing Cadet Bully Sticks at our local hardware store out of the bin. Normally we will get the giant foot long ones. The seems expensive at $6-$7 each, but worth it because they last several days per stick. We decided to try the same bring in the bag since they seemed a little less pricey. Our little dog has eaten three of these in one sitting (on three separate occasions) in less than an hour... gone... Thought maybe it was a fluke the first time or two, but this morning when she devoured another I decided I should start with a review and I will contact the company as well to see if there is anything they can do. These are NOT as thick and tough as the ones we buy at the hardware store. Our little Havashit (Havashi) is quite the little chewer, but at only 12 pounds I can only imagine what a large dog could do! Buyer beware. Cadet has good products out there, but this did not live up to our expectations at all. Back to the hardware store after the quarantine is over...

I had a subscription for this that I have cancelled because the quality of the product has been severely lowered. The first couple orders were as expected, nice slab sticks for my dogs to chew and occupy them. Now they have a few quality sticks with these air bubble thin pieces, that last literally less than a minute for my dogs. Not impressed at all, very disappointed and taking my business elsewhere.

I didn't know how much 12 ounces would be but it is a big pack of bully sticks. Very very happy with the amount for the price. Will be buying this brand from now on. Great value!!!

Smells and expensive but my dog loves them! I can't tell you how bad they stink and very expensive, but they keep my dog busy for hours at a time and the stuff makes her go psycho when i ask her if she wants a bully treat. If you have disposable income for expensive treats and don't mind a nasty odor these are for you and your dog. I have a very active boxer.

I had bought a version of Bully stick for my dog when he was a puppy. He chewed on them a little bit but overall was never really interested in them. The brand/style I got before wasn’t this one and I’m pretty sure they weren’t “real” bully sticks. Today I received my ordered bag of Cadet Premium Bully Sticks and I pulled one out for Bilbo and not only was he super excited about it but he chewed on it for almost a straight two hours. I’m always going to get these from now on as I’d rather pay a little more for something my dog actually enjoys than have something sub par that I end up just having to throw away.

The bag of these Bully Sticks says "long lasting". With our 3 month old lab puppy they were completely chewed up and swallowed (!) in 20 to 30 minutes! That's of no value what so ever! We had previously had Bully Sticks made by Lifes Abundance and they lasted more than a day! This gave the puppy some down time and us owners some relaxation time when he was busy chewing. These Bully Sticks by Cadet were worthless! Don't waste your money. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

My dogs go CRAZY for these, keeps them busy usually for about an hour! We only give them out the back yard due to their odor, but I know that these help keep their teeth clean as well (these are easier to give than brushing their teeth as my pups squirm a lot). We definitely will be keeping these in stock at our house.
