This pepper is extremly fine ground. When you open the pkg it has the best fresh light pepper smell. Be careful in the shaker though because it come out quick.

This is a clean product and well packaged, but I am disappointed because I did not look or read carefully to see that this product is much finer than what you would normally find in a can or shaker in the store. If I put it in my normal pepper shaker too much product comes out on my food. This is not the company‘s fault though I just need to look for a flake option..

This pepper has an excellent, bold pepper flavor and the texture is exactly what I was looking for. It’s very finely ground, almost powder-like, which blends perfectly into dishes. I’m really happy with the quality and would definitely purchase it again.
