This review is based on my expectations for the product relative to its cost. First, the price was very good and comparable to similar products from other sellers on Amazon. For under $20, I didn't expect too much. But, I am pleased with this item.It is surprisingly light weight. It likely weighs only a few ounces. It is made of fairly thin, lightweight plastic with a metal grid over the fans. I would not recommend putting much weight on the unit but I might be wrong about its support strength.I wanted fans that blow upward from the base as this one does and not fans that blow thru ports in the rear. I am using this beneath a home surveillance system which gets quite warm. It was a nice fit for my QC system controller. The fans blow air up around all 4 sides of the QC just as I wanted.The 2 large fans, which are lit by cool blue LEDS, blow gently and quietly when plugged into a USB port. It comes with a pass-through USB adapter on a short wire that stores under the unit when not in use. You can plug another USB into the pass-through connector which means that you don't lose a USB port when using this fan. It runs very quiet. There is no on-off switch. The fans and light come on as soon as it's plugged into a USB port.It had 2 folding feet on the back rear underside to tilt it up in the rear. It has two folding tabs near the upper front to keep whatever is placed on top from sliding off.I haven't had it long but am totally pleased so far.

Does a great job of keeping my laptop and me cool. I used to feel a lot of heat on my legs from my laptop but not only does this keep the laptop cool - it keeps me from feeling that heat as well so we are both happier. The USB connection is larger than most but it gives you a USB port in the back of the USB plug for the cooling pad - so you don't lose a USB port by using this. It is so light and helps with cooling so much and costs very little that there is virtually no down side. The only complaint that I could come up with is when I get up I am used to grabbing my laptop from the front side corner and lifting it - when I do that with the cooling pad and laptop together it squeezes the cooling pad so that the fan blades hit and stopped and then I nearly dropped the laptop trying to relieve the pressure on the cooling fan. Would have been a huge mistake to save the cooling pad at the cost of my laptop. A little more planning before getting up is required when using this but it is worth it.

The fan is super quiet which I am actually really surprised about and happy about. I was expecting it to be too noisy. The blue light isn't as annoying as I thought it would be, it is enough to tell there is a blue light, but not distracting in the dark at all. The fans do not blow super fast or a lot of air, but they do enough to circulate the air underneath my laptop to do their job. I really just needed something to keep between my lap and my laptop because​ the lack of air flow is what caused the overheating. and this product works completely perfectly for the price I paid. It is also lightweight and very portable. MY only complaint is that it just looks very mechanical. Like aesthetically, it is not very appealing.

I like it. It looks great, and it makes me comfortable knowing my laptop is being cooled. The look is good, you can't hear the fans, and the pad is very thin. The one issue I have with the TNB-F003 Cooling Pad is that it does not grip the laptop well. It can slide. You really have to be careful when you pick up the pad (with laptop) to move it to your lap or to a desk or table. I'm satisfied with the Cooling Pad, but just be careful when handling it with your laptop on it.

I buy fans for all my laptops. I usually have to replace the fans every three years or so but my laptops keep on going.

I like that this is properly sized for a 13in macbook pro or a Dell XPS 13. But I'll note it is only useful on a desktop. It's not good as a lap or bed cooling pad, because the fan placement is sort of open on the bottom, so it won't get airflow unless you have the legs up. The cord is pretty cheap, but overall this does it's job and it doesn't take up excess desk space.

Best investment ever... who says good things dont come in small packages. My laptop kept overheating and shutting down. I found this at a super reasonable price. It works through the laptop USB and comes as an USB extender so you dont lose access to the USB port; this is great since I only have 2 and the other is for the wireless mouse.It immediately started cooling my superhot laptop and after a week no sudden shut downs. It is very quiet, it has legs in the back for the laptop to sit up at a slight angle and stops in the front to keep it from sliding off. The blue lights are very calming.Great item, great price!

I was pretty disappointed by this product.It looked like cheap plastic when you first take it out of the box... But you get what you paid for, right?It says that this cooling pad is for 15" laptops and smaller, my HP laptop is 13" and it seems like it's EXACTLY 13". However, because my fan is on the bottom of the laptop, the fans couldn't really get to it unless I moved my laptop forward making the front clips useless for me. Even then, it didn't keep my laptop cool enough. I think this laptop cooler would work well for laptops that are 13" or smaller.Everyone was right though, the fans were extremely quiet which was something that I liked... It just didn't work well for me so I had to return it.
