Great replacement printer heads!

When I originally ordered the set of 4 printheads, the black didn't work so I got hold of the company and they reduced the charge by the 1/4 of the overall cost, and left it to me to figure out how to replace the black printhead. The reason why they didn't replace the black printhead is because they only sell packages that included all four colors. Within a month of installing the other 3 colors, I have already had the magenta and yellow go bad. I ended up ordering new printheads from another source. I will not order from these people or this product again.

The price is right, especially if all four replacement printheads had worked properly. Unfortunately the Cyan printhead was bad and would not work in the printer. Fortunately my old Cyan printhead still had ink in it so I was able to use three of the four printheads. I guess for the price, three out of four is not too bad? It would be nice if they would send me a new Cyan printhead.

Purchased this just for the Cyan as it was cheaper to buy the just 1 HP print head. Installed print head into my plotter and it works great. They event sent me a follow up email to see if I had any issues. I will definitely by other products from ESTON

Works so far as expected. Heads were shrink wrapped and shipped in a standard box. Perfect if you understand how to replace your own heads as each head was shaped to fit into a specific carrier.

Ordered the 4 pack for my printer and once i received the print heads, they were packaged good. So went to install the print heads and after installing all 4, the Cyan print head kept giving me an error. So tried a different print head that i had and worked fine so when to put the new print head back in and once again error with it. Message the seller and waited for a couple of days and never received a reply. So pulled them out and returned them. 3 out of the 4 print heads worked great but not the Cyan head. Too bad the seller wouldn't reply to me, I would have been happy doing an exchange for another head.

This is the replacement set of ink printheads and the 2nd set was worse than the 1st. At least the first black printhead allowed me to print 20 sheets before going bad. This set never got far enough along to allow me to print. Would be zero stars if it allowed me. Not worth the 1 star I had to give it.

These parts are plug and play. That simple. They are also about 75% cheaper that the locally available parts.
