You will sweat in this suit
This suit definitely works, I got agood sweat going in this suit and I only did a walking video. I'm not sure why they call it Anti-Rip because after the 45 minute workout I took the pants off and they had a huuugggee rip in the buttock. I guess I should have went up a size or two. Overall the suit works great.

Not work it!!
I works pretty good BUT after wearing it for 3 weeks it rip at the crouch area on my pants.. Bummer!!! I wouldn't invest in this sauna suit!

The item doesn't hold up at all , it will rip.
After buying this item ,it ripped in 3 days, I requested a new one and after 2 weeks the replacement ripped, I do not recommend this suit to anyone!
